If anyone saw the live broadcast between Everton v Manchester City then I'm sure you would say that the referee favored Manchester City. How not, the referee did not give a penalty kick and did not want to see the VAR display when the ball touched Rodri's hand in the minutes before the end of the match or after Manchester City's goal was created. It was a clear hand ball and Everton should have got a penalty kick but the referee didn't give it, I really didn't expect the referee to still be able to do that even though it was assisted by VAR technology. I bet on Manchester City -1.5, but with that happening I really didn't like it and even my bet lost. Lampard is doing a great job here, Everton shouldn't have lost this match because they also played well but they were unlucky.
Am having a strong feeling that Liverpool will overtake Manchester City in the premier League table ranking because after the Manchester City Vs Tottenham game I think city have drop a little and that game shows that if you are compact enough you can get a good result against city but in Liverpool case they are in top form and they are showing it game after games and mounting more pressure on Manchester City with the signing of Luis Diaz he has improved their course more.
I admit Liverpool's performance is indeed much better than Man City, Liverpool always wins with a big enough score. Especially after the arrival of
Luis Diaz, Liverpool's attacks became more varied and deadly, no wonder facing Leeds could score up to 6 goals. If Liverpool can play consistently
like this until the end of the season, then Man City need to worry, because there is a possibility that Man City's position will be replaced. But if we
talk about Guardiola who is very experienced and successful in handling big teams, I believe Guardiola has a way of dealing with pressure from
Liverpool. Guardiola will try to motivate Man City players not to drop points in the remaining 11 games. We will see a strategic battle between
Guardiola and Jurgen Klopp, we will know who is the best at the end of the season.
