I'm contented with the title rivalry's being fired up again after an epic match between Manchester City and Tottenham. I'm waiting excitedly for the Liverpool - Leeds match tomorrow night. This is Liverpool's only missing match now and they have to win if they want to make the gap with Manchester City three points. And I have zero doubt that they will do this. Leeds were destroyed by Manchester United by 4-2 home last week and they are getting close to another loss now. And after we get this gap between these two teams, I will be looking forward to watching the remaining matches in the league.

Not sure if Halaand wants to play in the English league, but if he does, his agent's pay demands will make it impossible. Chelsea came close to signing him last summer, but his agent's salary demands were absurd.And there’s still a decent number of football games from now to the end of the season. There was somebody in the other EPL thread that said City had it in the bag or almost. I’d start thinking yes if it’s April and City is ahead by at least 9 points. City could lose momentum.
Remember, they had it in the bag in January last season. Nobody anticipated Liverpool to win all of their outstanding games but they did, but with 13 games remaining and 42 points to play for, even Chelsea has a chance to challenge if they win at least 10 of their last 14 but I still feel that Manchester City will wrap this one up again.

Unfortunately for Tottenham in a round-robin tournament, the team that scores more points becomes the best team, and not the one that has an advantage in head-to-head matches. I think that if these were playoff matches, then the game (and possibly the result of the meetings) would be different. I don't think Tottenham are stronger than City, City can afford to relax (because they are already ahead) and for Tottenham it was a survival game.

They’ve been missing a critical piece in the puzzle... A player like Aguero. You’ll get what I’m saying during the quarter finals or the semi finals of the CL or maybe the finals if they get there. Just watch.
So yeah, they could acquire either Kane or Haaland during the summer.
If losing a striker is purely Manchester City's problem then I think Halaand is one of the more possible players for them compared to Kane. I don't see Kane fitting into Guardiola's strategy but it seems Halaand is much more suited to that position for Manchester City. Yes, I also think they need that striker to make them appear more convincing in various competitions.So yeah, they could acquire either Kane or Haaland during the summer.

Although overall Leeds is not a balanced opponent for Liverpool, Jurgen Klopp must make some changes in the line-up to maintain player stamina when facing Chelsea in the EFL Cup.

Leeds United have not played well in their last game, Liverpool will definitely be the favourite. They will win this match without much difficulty. After Liverpool win this match, the point difference will be only 3 points with Manchester City. The league is getting more exciting every day. Maybe Liverpool can be the leader in a few games 
Leeds should indeed be an easy opponent for Liverpool. From the last 3 matches of Leeds, they have conceded no less than 3 goals, and this is a fragile defense that Liverpool must take advantage of. While Liverpool in each of their matches, they can always create at least 1 goal against the opponent. Regardless of the final result they received, this is a good record of course for them.I don't understand Marcelo Bielsa's strategy, he always plays attacks whoever his opponent is. Even though the quality of Leeds players is not
so good, therefore against a big team, usually Leeds concedes a lot of goals. Bielsa should be aware of the quality of the players he has, so play

Manchester City play well and get good results without a real striker. Pep builds up a good tactics without a striker but in some matches, they do need a world class striker to win. Just like what Kane did in the latest match against Manchester City. In my opinion, Kane is better than Haaland in short term because he is familiar with Premier League while Haaland is not. But in the long run, Haaland is better because he has a long career. Anway, Haaland tends to get more injuries in last 2 seasons which is risky for any club wants to buy him.Quote

It would be a nightmare season for Manchester City like PSG had in the last season. PSG put too much resources for Champions League but failed and they lost Ligue 1 too.
