They are in the fight for the fourth position in the standings currently. They are a much more complete team now and I didn't see them playing like this in the past seasons. I particularly don't see city losing against tottenham, I know tottenham have a good coach but they don't have players to score goals, while city has a team with good attack and good defense and they manage to keep the ball to demoralize the opponent , Tottenham's style of play could lead them to concede 2 or 3 goals and lose the game

You are right about Tottenham, but Manchester United has exactly the same problems. That is why Tottenham can still make it into the Champions League qualifiers. As for the coach of Manchester, Ralf Rangnick is an outstanding manager indeed. Not sure if you know much about him from Germany, but he has an incredible reputation. The team just seems to not work properly. I don't know if it's misbalanced too much between offense and defense? I don't see Manchester being able to compete with City and Liverpool next year either, regardless of whom they sign for next season. They need to have a fresh restart somehow and build a real team over two or three years.
I don't want to devalue the good coach that Ralf Rangnick is. But looking at his curricula in terms of prizes, it's not that extraordinary. He won in Germany he only won the German Cup once, with Schalke 04. Where he had the greatest achievements was in Austria, two championships and two cups.
Of course he needs time to get Man United in a better position. But the tactical and strategic decisions for the team are not showing that he is capable of improving. I could be wrong, but I feel that the team is playing worse now than with the old coach.

I totally get your point and I was indeed not referring to any trophies or prizes Rangnick ever won. That's not a lot, I know. But Rangnick is the master architect of soccer clubs and a coach who is among the best when it comes to developing and improving players over time. As you said, that time isn't available when you work for a club like Manchester. You definitely got a point there.

Conte's presence at Tottenham is enough to give them new hope but unfortunately they have not been very stable in the last few games even they lost to Wolves at home, so I doubt Tottenham can get points in this game win or draw looks not going to happen because their opponents always give a tight game and City win it's my prediction. I don't care about the prediction of betting sites, the chance of Man City should be bigger considering its current performance. In the last match in EPL, they can win 4-0 against Norwich. While in UCL, they can destroy Sporting with 5-0. No doubt that Man City is on fire lately, Tottenham will have no chance to get points in the next match. Moreover, the match will be held in Man City home. So, if you want to bet, better to bet for the victory of Man City. But DWYOR, sometimes a stronger team can be defeated unpredictably. 
You are very right,any team can be defeated unpredictably but not this Tottenham,is close to impossible for Tottenham Hotspur to suprise Manchester city and steal the three points. Tottenham are playing 3 at the back with two wing full backs but the players playing in those positions are calamity waiting to happen,at right back they have Emerson and Doherty both are so average and are prone to causing more than three mistakes in a single game,same at left back sessegnon and Reguilion can't defend well because they are not physically strong so I wonder how can such players stop Manchester City brilliant attackers.
I see a tough match here. Newcastle have started to improve their performance and also for them to avoid getting traped in the relegation zone, they have to secure more points. Although, I understand that in term of squad strength, Newcastle are incomparable. West Ham are far more better than them. But, Newcastle can probably surprise us with a winning. However West Ham didn't perform well in their last match, they actually drew against Leicester. And, they have to win against Newcastle so as to slide to the top 4 on the standings.
Time is unavoidable requirement for Newcastle to change gradually from a weak to a strong team. Even if they spend $1B in a single transfer season, it won't make them to be another Bayern or PSG. It takes months for new players to understand each other, get good connections from training and bring it to real matches. It takes time for them to change from lack of confidence to strong confidence. In addition, they can not convince best players to join them in a single transfer season.It's good for them to have such performance improvement and staying in Premier League will be a good achievement for them. At least they will be able to convince good players to move to Newcastle. It is terrible if they get delegated to Championship with huge transfer budget.
