Man City has been very good this season. The difference in points favored by Man City can certainly bring them closer to the Premier League champions. Their competitors have had issues with their performance in the last few games. but if City doesn't play consistently and underestimates the rest of the games. Of course, it could be an opportunity for Chelsea and Liverpool. both have strong motivations to bring City down.

Good combination of Sancho, Greenwood, cavani and Cr7. Hope they be able to keep a performance like that and replicate it in more games. Matic gives the team a kind of balance and composure that no other midfielder has in the team. And I want him to feature in more games and until he is adequately replaced, he should be a regular starter. I don’t know why they had a good first half performance and were very slippery and not so good in the second half.

Manchester United proved that they are still the reds as they secured three points against Burnley.

If they can be consistent through out the season,they will be able to secure top four finish.

The top four is hope because to reach the top three and above is very difficult, and the game against Burnley is proof that Manchester United can still play well unlike against Newcastle which was very bad and also boring and almost lost.

From strange formation to a strange win. For Manchester United to score before 10mins of starting the match gave me the conviction that Manchester United will win with larger margin of goals.
But I was unimpressed when the second half went goaless for Manchester United.
If not for age, I'll always pick Matic ahead of Fred. Matic is more coordinated and doesn't loss the ball easily.

That means you haven't watched much of a Manchester United game so far. Just look at the previous match “3 match before” because this formation has been used quite often by Manchester United so far. This formation is working well for Manchester United where they have won 3 of the last 4 match in the Premier League. So maybe they will adopt this formation more often this time.

Because Manchester United won 3-1 in that match, they have collected 31 points from 18 match. Having two games fewer than the leaders means Manchester United still have a chance to move up 1 or 2 places again if they can win their next 2 match.
