He spend this season most of the time either injured or on the bench so he is no longer on top of his performances anymore and that is totally understandable. He has done his best in his prime so yeah
Even Jesus who is younger spent the whole season battling with injury and match fitness, it happens sometimes, even at his age, he is still among the top 5 strikers in the whole right now. In his farewell message, he said he's going to play at the highest level for 3-4 years, meaning he's not going to his hometown to retire.
If he plays badly in a season or gets injured, it doesn't mean his career ends. He will be able to prepare himself properly again. Neymar is unable to play many matches in almost every season due to injury. Yet he is still one of the best players in the world. Jesus is very talented. If he could recover from his fitness problems, he might be able to join the ranks of the best.

Aguero could be a perfect fit for Chelsea if at all he want to stay in the EPL for another 1-2 years.
You cant be serious about this. Aguero is 33 years old this year and he will be 34 next years, he is still a good player but he can no longer compete with all those youngster in EPL. He could probably move to Serie A or Ligue 1 but definitely not in EPL
Man!! Football is not all about age these days what matter is your physical appearance, we know south Americans can play up to 40 years, Silva at Chelsea is 36 years old and he still doing very well, forget about the injuries this season, Aguero is still better than all the strikers in the EPL.
Age is just a number if his fitness and physical fitness are right. Look at Ibraimobich, he is still playing at the age of 39. Even the young players can't resist him. He will continue to play for a few more years.

Happy birthday to the most smiling player in the EPL, N'golo Kante...incredible player! You can't love football and hate on Kante.
Incredible player still driving his mini cooper car he first ever car  Grin the only player you can never hate, I hope the hamstring injury he sustained is not that bad. Happy Birthday Kante.

It's official Kun Aguero is leaving Manchester City at the end of the season, his is walking away with 6 EPL trophies if that's not a legendary title then I wonder what that is.

In fact that is not . Its only half of what Ryan Giggs achieved and it will only put Aguero on the same level with most of the old Manchester United players that achieve the same amount but that is a good achievement though
Aguero played just 10 seasons, winning 6 EPL titles in which he contributing 98% to it singlehandedly, you cannot compare his goals contribution to that of Giggs who spent more than 2 decades at Manchester united. Aguero is Manchester City legend and his going to get a statue unlike Giggs.

Aguero could be a perfect fit for Chelsea if at all he want to stay in the EPL for another 1-2 years.

At least Manchester City can boldly call Yaya Toure, Silva, Kompany, and now Aguero a club legend  Grin. Aguero is one of the legends of the club now, it is for certain. I wonder which team will be willing to sign him this summer. He is linked with PSG and Barcelona lately. I think he would prefer Barcelona to be able to play with Messi. But it is also not certain whether Messi will stay or not.  Grin

Many media reports suggest he will return to Argentina to play 1 or 2 seasons there before retiring. Man City fans are lucky to have had him though, he has been their best striker ever, nobody will ever forget the AGUEROOOOOOOO moment.
Yeah the most iconic moment in the club history it was on the 93rd minute dot if I'm not mistaken  Grin against Queens Park Rangers(QPR). It was heart breaking moment for Manchester United fans and players watching that goal from Old Trafford.

Aguero could be a perfect fit for Chelsea if at all he want to stay in the EPL for another 1-2 years.
He wants to walk out like a pure legend and not all those unfaithful players out there.

Sergio Kun Aguero have been finished on Manchester City after Pep Guardiola not like with him and this happen last match when playing about twenty minutes their friend not passing ball for Aguero, better he looking for new club maybe Barcelona is very close to get Aguero after Messi announcement.

Aguero is set to get a stature built of him outside the stadium to honour his service, I think this is nice.

Manchester City officially announced that this is the last season for Aguero.
We knew that the exit is soon, but the moment of announcing the news remains different .their announcement is the end of the era of the best player in its modern history at the end of the season .
Aguero is one of the best who gave birth to Argentina in its attack and was and will remain in the memory of everyone who followed the Premier League regardless. Regardless of his affiliation . A big loss for Man City but his next destination is more likely will be Barcelona.
Yes aguero is the best striker for man city in the last decade he gave so much for the club and scored lots of goals the most memorable one is the premiere league winning goal in the last moments what a goal that was.

Anybody here wishing the days away until the EPL returns next weekend? I am sorry but the international soccer does nothing for me. It’s far from as entertaining as the EPL. Most world cup qualification games are dull, lots of low quality teams, boring.
Maybe this happened because some of the star players came from different countries, so that the star players were separated to play for the country. Also, if your country is into international matches, it might increase your motivation to see them. I understand that the EPL is in my opinion the best league in the world. Many star players there. Their game is very varied, even many teams are ranked lower which makes it difficult for big teams. The EPL is just waiting for the day, some big clubs will meet
Liecester City VS Manchester City
Arsenal vs Liverpol.
I am waiting for this match.

That's because players have time to build a chemistry and they spend probably about 200 days together (maybe more) whereas on national teams players are not doing something like that, they are just together for a week or max two weeks and that's about it.
Yeah I think you have a point there. Some players do better with teammates they are used to and comfortable with. They feed off each other more like a symbiotic relationship. Even the great Loinel Messi struggles in his national team and finds it hard to find the net. I don't believe he has won any trophy with his national team Argentina.
We never get the same Messi we see on Barcelona side with the Argentina team. This goes to show the importance of building chemistry with team mates.

Roy Keane said yesterday that Harry Kane must leave Tottenham if he wants to achieve individual and team awards because he will not achieve them with the Spurs !! In England, there are City, United and Chelsea, looking for a real striker to serve their attack system, and in Spain, Barcelona suffers to score goals far from Messi, while Real Madrid seems to focus on Haaland first and Mbappe second, but it remains a strongly proposed option !!
Do you think that Harry will remain in the Premier League if he decides to exit the Spurs, or will the Spanish League will be his next destination ??

Its not that bad for Harry Kane as many pundits use to state because i am sure he thought it all well out when he signed up a 6 year long contract at spurs; i feel like Kane is comfortable being in Spurs and it is not likely he will leave. With Haaland in the market, who will pay 150m for a 28 year old Kane ? it remains to be seen who can afford him

It has been really unlucky for Tottenham for years. They are still not even close to winning a Premier League title. And it is obvious that they won't be able to succeed in doing it with Mourinho. Tottenham need a manager who really understands the capabilities of the players and makes them play a much more attacking football.

Tottenham needs a new manager. Mourinho has to go but the same mistake must not be made with selecting a new manager. Is this a good time to change manager? I think Tottenham are thinking the same thing. They recognise Jose Mourinho isn't a good fit for the club. They just might correct their mistake next season. I'm not saying Mourinho is a bad manager...he has achieved so much in his career but there's only so much you can do.

If Harry Kane decides to leave Tottenham he would want to remain in England because of his family, English players at his age always preferred to stay and settle in the local league to save their National team career. I think The Manchester clubs are the favourite to sign him, Kane wouldn't want to play for Chelsea because of the rivalry between Tottenham and Chelsea. Well I don't see him move anytime soon.
Come on, that depends also from the money on the line. The guy would be very happy to sign a multi-million dollar contract anywhere else in Europe.
I do not think he is about to leave Tottenham anytime soon, but I would not rule out the possibility that he will go and play for a continental team.

Players do better in their clubs than in national team. I rather wait for the EPL before opening my betnomi to place any bet. There are not enough good games to choose from. Besides I'm never lucky with national games so I stick with what works for me..EPL, La liga and Serie A. For others this may be the same but hey every gambler should know his strengths and weaknesses. Hodling till EPL resumes lol
That's because players have time to build a chemistry and they spend probably about 200 days together (maybe more) whereas on national teams players are not doing something like that, they are just together for a week or max two weeks and that's about it. Sure on national teams there is the chance that everyone is from the same nation and they usually speak the same language (sometimes some players are converted but that's rarer) so we are talking about basically a good chemistry because of nationality and language there but playing together is not equals to having fun together.

So, Clubs are better place for players to get together since they spend week in and week out playing 40+ games a year together, some of them like premier league clubs play nearly 60 games if they go too further ahead in champions league and FA cup as well, so it's going to of course be easier to play well together there.

Tottenham does not have a problem with the manager - they simply aren't investing enough.

I'm not saying that Mourinho was a top long-term pick, I felt he was a decent short-term one but no matter who was in charge of Tottenham, I really don't think they'd be contending for trophies. They climbed up the ladder with Poch and his great few years, they have a really good squad but they lack some strength and particularly depth to be able to make that next step.

Not saying Tottenham should keep Mourinho - just thinking that they wouldn't be much better even with Guardiola or Klopp. Nagelsmann? Sure, for long-term sounds better than Mou.
For Tottenham, things truly fell apart and the center has been unable to hold. Letting Pochettino go began a domino effect that has led Spurs to this precarious pickle they find themselves in. Under Poch, the club was on the rise, consistent top three league positions and a champions league final. This was despite the fact that the recruitment was generally appalling. The sack of Poch was a knee jerk reaction to a poor season start and the appointment of Jose Mourinho showed how poorly and hastily they accessed and apointed a replacement for Poch. The effect of Mourinho to any football club can be likened to taking a perfomance enhancing drug, it gives you an immediate boost (winning a league cup or possibly the league title) but once it begins to wear off the side effects are devastating (throwing away a health first leg lead to a team whose manager was in prison). The "Mourinho High" has definitely waned off and Tottenham are like Chickens in the middle of the express wondering why they crossed the road in the first place. Mourinho has to go but the same mistake must not be made with selecting a new manager. The players are getting impatient and are considering jumping ship.
