He might be sacked before Christmas if The team keep getting those bad results. Getting Cavani is a great option, he is a good striker and it would totally change how Manchester United play . Manchester United is doing so bad on both offense and defense so fixing one thing at a time would be better rather than none
Kloop can keep his job at Anfield but Solsa will be sacked if MU. won't be able to come back soon. He is a wrong decision at the start. Honestly, what he did in his first half season after taking over the job of Mourinho is only bringing good motive, mentality to the squad and Pogba. Nothing more from Solsa in his first season. In his second season, not many things were changed and improved the results last season mainly come from the transfer of Bruno Fernandes. Without Fernandes, MU. would have ended last season beyond top 4.

This season, terrible start. In the view for Solsa as a manager, he does terrible job so far. MU. would have given supports for Mourinho and transfer budget like what they did for Solsa, they can have better squad and results. I am waiting for the day Spurs again destroy MU. and Solsa will be sacked because of this.

The vaccine won’t change anything any way. We are just going to have to learn to live with this virus. There is a flu jab but flu still kills hundreds of thousands of people every year. Corona Virus mainly kills the elderly who have stuff wrong with them any way. It’s time to open the world again.

Not with this covid19 shit again. The world is not ready to restart thing back to what it was. The reason that The Premier League start is because there is a huge pile of money on it. If the stadium is open for supporters and there are alot that gets infected, who would take the blame for it? No one would. That also means they will need to stop the league if there are alot of infections happening on the stadiums

Cavani and amad traore at the front then what? United's defensive is still sucks no matter how much you scored but if the result is lost due the defensive errors it's just mean nothing. Poor United become a joke after sancho failed transfer. Ole might be sacked anytime soon this season.

You also said the same thing when they bought Falcao 3 years ago Cavani is just another version 2.5 of Falcoa I'm not expecting much from him considering his type of football and how physically the EPL is, Cavani is one of my favorite strikers I respect so much but I don't want to put my hope so high yet till then and as for the manutd desfense the RB and the LB sucks.

I'm tired of people talking about Covid so much in this prediction threads honestly, there is so much to talk about with crazy results that we are experiencing and some people waste that and focus on Covid...Covid will be dealt with the way it has to be and that is it. It affects things for sure, but is the same for every team. I'm much more happy to focus on the sport aspect of the sport then on politics.
It always has something to do with politics, so it's always combined with what is happening now, namely Covid, but I think this is quite boring to discuss about it but still in sports, every time there is a player who is infected it will become a conversation too so that has become a thing. usual in that prediction thread.

lol'd at the ranking but I believe this season the vacant number will be filled  Tongue
You mean like leeds 1 - 9 arsenal next?  Grin

Too early to say that Arsenal, Aston Villa , Everton will remain at top. Remember how last season went for Leicester? They were so strong in the race along with Liverpool and City. But in the end they dropped a lot of points and finished 5th last season. At any point there could be couple of matches gone wrong for any team.

BTW is bit funny to see how City and United have started this season. For City fans, Sergio aguero is back in full training so its possible that he could be back soon. For United, we have Cavani, Telles and Traore transfer news- wonder how will United perform after this. Telles seems to be a new addition to their defence line- hope this makes their defence a bit better.
But to win a very high odds bet you need an early betslip to place isn't it? This is the time , now or never! Aside from whether are they gonna drop to where they are really belong at the mid table and bottom one.

Seriously Manchester United need a center back , let the label of the most expensive defender in Harry Maguire burried just like kepa at chelsea and move on rather than force yourself ole.

If they open it up now, it might lead to an increase in cases and possibly deaths. That said, I wouldn't want a situation where they open the doors but are forced to close it up (again) due to increasing cases. It's long overdue for opening and clubs are losing money more than ever.

I have seen some sports events starting to allow a few fans in the Stadia. Why not football?

Some leagues already allows a limited number of fans inside the stadiums. I recently watched a PSG game and I saw several fans cheering.  Even if they want to open it up, they should follow the way its done on other leagues (limiting the number of people in the stadium at any given time).

Today, I came across an article from my beloved Club, Liverpool about English football authorities letter to fans- Premier League, FA and EFL recently sent an open letter to supporters in a plea to government to allows opening the doors of stadiums to fans.

As much aa I'll love to watch PL matches with fans cheering their respective clubs, I still think that stadiums shouldn't be reopened anytime soon for fans. Covid-19 hasn't gone yet and the risks is higher when fans are all packed together in stadiums. For instance, Players have tested positive to the virus despite their reduced interactions. So far about 9 Premier League players have tested positive to covid-19. I'm not sure this is a good time to reopen stadiums as no vaccine has been confirmed yet.

The truth is COVID19 is here to stay, at least for a good number of years if the vaccine is not discovered or the clinical trials passed. So we might as well start learning how to adapt and live positively and not in fear.

If the absence of fans from the stadium reduced the enthusiasm for the big teams and boost the aurer of the mid tier teams on the pitch or
It's just the Covid19 and stress at due to too much previous participation in other leagues by big teams.
It's neither of that imo, absence of fans in the stadiums affects all the teams and the hurried conclusion to last season was felt by all the premier league teams. That being said, no English team actually went past the quarter finals of the CL and those who dropped in the QF, and semis of the Europa league had delayed start to this season, so it's a fair playing ground for all the teams. Everton, Villa, West Ham and the other smaller teams doing well are only in good form, and it's best they keep picking up this points, so in the end they are far away as possible from relegation, cause the big boys will definitely soon take at least the top 3 positions in the table.
Would love to hear your opinions on this.
Covid-19 is still in other countries, like Italy for example, but fans are already allowed into the stadiums, not in the numbers it used to be before, but it's better than it being totally empty. imo, the epl can start allowing a fair number of fans into the grounds, maintaining social distancing and with their face masks on, it'll spice up even more, an already spiced up 2020/21 epl season Grin

I can't believe yesterday when I saw the score in the match Aston Villa - Liverpool. I even walked closer to the screen and rubbed my eyes. What was that? An amazing season in the Premier League. Very amazing.
We have some very serious results in tomorrow soccer games as Manchester United lost by 1 - 6 and then Liverpool ruined by 7 - 2 Barcelona escape with 1 - 1 against Sevilla and Bayern was also in trouble as they have injury time penalty which give them some good breathes end in 4 - 3 look like its going to be very interesting season without crowd.
When Bayern Munich lost 4-1 to Hoffenheim, I thought it was just the aftermath of a tough match with Sevilla. When I saw Tottenham 6-1 Manchester United, I was not surprised, as Manchester is not the team we are used to. But Liverpool ... The Premier League is considered the best entertainment league in the world for a reason.

I can't believe yesterday when I saw the score in the match Aston Villa - Liverpool. I even walked closer to the screen and rubbed my eyes. What was that? An amazing season in the Premier League. Very amazing.

Liverpool has proven itself that it is the best team in the league. They had bad luck in the game against Aston Villa and they conceded so many goals because of their defensive problems.
You will never see that again in the future especially in Liverpool's games. It was one time show...
I don't think it is the last time  that Liverpool has lost so badly . i think Liverpool will go  through more difficult times this season. Their next match is with Everton / Everton is in great form in this season . If the statistics say Liverpool will win the match .But i think Everton will win 3-1 or the match will be a draw .

The Premier League this season will be very interesting, several strong teams including Liverpool started this season with bad results.
Everton's appearance was unexpected, 4 matches in the Premier League with perfect results. I agree with you that the next match
between Liverpool vs Everton will be very interesting, and I also agree that Everton might beat Liverpool. But Juergen Klopp must
have learned from the defeat against Aston Villa, so against Everton Liverpool will be playing more careful. In my opinion the fairest
and best result for both teams is a draw.
If Liverpool play for the draw , it will be good for them . Because morale of Everton's players is so strong now . They are able to beat any team. It is very important to be strong in the game of football .Its play a big role in winning matches. Liverpool's defence is very bad . I think there defence needs to change a bit in the match against Everton.
Liverpool keep have higher motivate fight with everton and look not easy because everton have working become the winner in last four match, last week they have been winner and become good match will Liverpool give first lost for Ancelotti team? I think liverpool without their player Sadio Mane and their keeper Allison Backer, bad news for Liverpool after missing two player have lost with higher score beat by Aton Villa 7 - 2, now time for liverpool how to wake up and get winner again.
When I see Merseyside derby I don't care how Liverpool form is I just give it to them they've been messing up Everton for years now with large scoreline, the adsent of mane and Allison could only mean one thing "reduction in scoreline" but Liverpool is wrapping this up, Everton is on form but this is where their L stats. Deep down I really want to see a good challenge from Everton

Yeah they are so strong atm, I think, everton are in a better moral position compared to Liverpool. Klopp need to fix their defense if don't want to lose again. In my view, Liverpool players currently under pressure as champions last season. In other side, Carlo Ancelotti has a good game strategy, if Everton players are able to carry out Carlo's strategy like the previous match, I am sure Everton can beat Liverpool who are under pressure. maybe 1-0 or 2-1 for home.

The Premier League is very interesting to watch because the competition to become champion does not only belong to two clubs but almost all clubs always give surprises every week. It was proven last week that the big teams suffered quite bad defeats such as Liverpool having to bow from Aston Villa with a score of 7-2, then Manchester United also lost to Tottenham Hotspur with a score of 1-6. Besides that, there was a very surprising result from Manchester City which had to draw with the promotion team Leed United with a score of 1-1, we should wait for the next week what surprises will happen again.

So it's going to be another 13 days without club side football, yuck!! I was already enjoying every bit of the season.

If aston villa or everton remain on top for beating or get draw against the big 6 , then the Leicester hype might be apppears again.
Bookmakers brace yourself.

But in the end they dropped a lot of points and finished 5th last season. At any point there could be couple of matches gone wrong for any team.

It's indeed too early for anything to be expected, and I'm however beginning to fancy Everton chances of having a brilliant season. Arsenal could end up as a typical Arsenal and, I also believe Aston Villa would finish outside the top 10 come end of the season.

It's just the Covid19 and stress at due to too much previous participation in other leagues by big teams.

Covid is definitely screwing over a lot of clubs  right now, with otherwise healthy players having to self-isolate at short notice. This prevents coaches from drafting effective  playing strategies becuse there is so little time to do that before matches start. It interferes with long-term strategies for the season because it's impossible to predict if a player will catch coronavirus or not so you end up losing critical players like Alisson for a couple games.

(And yes, I know Alisson got an injury and not Covid, but you get the point.)
