Yes, several names of coaches do have experience working with Pep Guardiola, both as a player and as a coach (assistant coach) and also several names that appear also appear to have given good performance for the clubs they work for, so it's not surprising when there are clubs that look at them because there are ties. indirectly and they compare with Pep Guardiola. Pep Guardiola himself is indeed a top coach at the moment, he has always been successful with the clubs he has managed, starting from Germany when he managed Bayern Munich, then in La Liga as coach of Barcelona and now in the English League with Manchester City.

He steals attention and can always bring new colors to the club he coaches, not only that, he also has a habit of long-term contracts, including the current one with Manchester City. His contract will end next year after he was appointed in 2016. And the achievements he gave were extraordinary, one of which was being able to win the Champions League title.
It is obvious that those who worked with Guardiola, whether on the coaching staff or as a player, they understand how the training process works, they can learn strategy and other important aspects, but there remains a moment of decision-making, and this cannot be learned. You need to understand which player needs to be replaced, or how the game needs to be restructured, and this will determine how good a coach can be.

Maybe it's not good, but I will try to compare it with the arrival of ten Hag at Manchester United, when he had very great authority in the Eredivisie, but he had to realize that in the Premier League everything happens differently. Therefore, I am skeptical about Slott at Liverpool and admit that they will not have an easy season. On the other hand, choosing a worthy coach for such a team is not an easy task and most likely Klopp took part in choosing a new coach, perhaps this will play an important role.
Liverpool is elite team and they've come to accomplish important goals in the English Premier League. Perhaps the club will sort out means to come out winning because it's never consider easy for them.

Erik Ten Hag in Manchester United, he's consider to deliver top games. Liverpool new coach, Arne Slot will do better than Jurgen Klopp? Let's hope for the best outcome.
Of course Liverpool will definitely be very serious about choosing a coach and it is also possible that Klopp did take part but we don't know that's how he looked for his replacement at Liverpool, but for Arne Slot it is not well known in the title race in the world of soccer, but maybe Liverpool have their own interest in Arne Slot in their eyes and they know better, just like kompany who later after being released from Burnley he led Bayer Munich, it may be a similar case, but for Liverpool supporters must remain optimistic for the next season that will be lived with Arne Slot whether better or not than Klopp we will see it later after the league runs again.
This has always been the hardest decision for any club to make, because after being so much successful with a particular coach then at the long run of things he decided to swap or change due to  retirement, the feeling or after effect is always bad especially when the wrong choice is mad and this has been the problem for Manchester united for always half a decade now and they are still feeling the after effects of actually appointing the wrong person.

Basically, at this moment it becomes a trend about some coaches who are associated with Pep Guardoila or have worked with Pep Guardiola in the past either as assistant coaches and or also as players. Because, about the success of Arteta who also has experience working with Pep Guardiola and then, about Xabi Alonso who also has experience when he was a player at Bayern Munich and because at that time Pep Guardiola became Bayern Munich manager. With their success,  then this time Arne Slot who in the past had experience working with Pep Guardiola, then they might think that Arne Slot has good abilities and skills as well as the success of the big names that have been mentioned.

It's the Guardiola effect, man. Clubs see what Pep's done and think, "Anyone who's been in his circle must be a tactical genius." It's almost a meme, but there's truth to it. Arteta at Arsenal, Xavi at Barca... it's not coincidence. They learned from the best. If Slot delivers at Liverpool, that's just another win for the Guardiola school of thought

Obviously, even though Pochettino failed in the first half of the season but anyway, the fact is that even though slowly but Pochettino managed to make Chelsea finish in a good position. But indeed, about Todd Boehly, I feel that Todd Boehly has a big ego because he has good finances, so Todd Boehly always fires coaches and of course it is a bad way. But yes, fans also can't do anything bigger because of course, Todd Boehly with a lot of money he has, then Todd Boehly feels free to do what he wants. Therefore, I personally will just look forward to the results later, whether the decision to hire a new manager every season will have a good impact or maybe it will be worse.
Most coaches have difficulty handle teams in the Premier League and if management does not give a little more time, the result is that the team will still be depressed and the coach will be fired. Liverpool with Jurgen Klopp also needed a long time to achieve success and vice versa with Man City which was handled by Pep Guardiola. Chelsea had problems at the beginning of the season so they had a hard time keeping up with other teams, but entering the second half of the season their strength was much better.

Pochettino managed to restore the players' confidence and he tried to be better to bring victory. It was proven that they finished at the end of the season much better than Man United and the management should have given Pochettino time instead of immediately firing him.

The relationship that Pep had with Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta is one that you can't compare with the ones he had with other coaches.Mikel was Pep's direct friend even before Pep started his coaching career,so when pep had the chance of being a manager at City,by that time Arteta wants to start his coaching job,Pep had to call him to come and be his assistant, and this reunion was the best for Arteta and even Pep.For other coaches like the new Chelsea boss to leave Pep and become a coach of their own,it will take time for them to succeed at their different clubs because Arteta already had his own ideas towards football, and didn't copy exactly what Pep knows. If they want to copy exactly what Pep does, then they will fail at their clubs.

All information I have about Mikel Arteta and Pep Guardiola is they were friends and they were friends in Manchester City when Guardiola had Arteta and his assistant coach to help him there. They had a good time and they achieved many titles during these years together. But the beautiful thing about Arteta and Guadiola is they are competitors right now and Arteta is trying hard to make Arsenal win the Premier League in each season while usually Guadiola wins the race just like this season and the last season.
However, I think time after time when Arteta becomes more experienced he can have more chance to finally win the Premier League.

Boehly's ego exceeds his bank account. He thinks he's smarter than Pochettino, a manager who knows what he's doing. Pochettino was creating something special at Chelsea by integrating young players like Jackson with veterans, and it was working. Boehly seems impatient and thinks he knows better.

So what if Jackson missed several chances last season? His gift is raw. Pochettino could've made him a top scorer. But Boehly fires Poch and hires a new guy who may bench Jackson for a showy, expensive player he bought. This is chaos, folks. Boehly's gamble will cost the club and fans.

Boehly has run Chelsea like a joke shop. They’ve spent over £1,000,000,000 and done absolutely nothing to justify that outlay.

Boehly thinks he’s playing FIFA, he gets too involved in transfers and the football decisions. He knows nothing about football and should leave it to the people who do.

I agree that managers need time, but it's not every manager that should be given time. There are things to consider when you want to give a manager more time, and one of them is the atmosphere in the dressing room.
What is the confidence level of the players? How much trust do the players have in the manager? If it was up to the players would they keep Ten Hag as manager? These things may look irrelevant, but like it or not these are the players he's going to work with and if for 2 seasons he hasn't been able to convince them and get their confidence levels up, I don't think more time will cut it.

Also, you have to look at the individual development level of the players. Have they gotten better or worse under the manager? In what way have they improved if they have. A manager is supposed to improve the players. Take a look at all the good managers of every team, the players got better under them. Klopp, Ancellotti, Pep, Mourinho. Even managers like Arterta (which I don't consider a great manager) increased the development of his players. That's the kind of manager you give time to.

Finally, you have to look at the performance of the team. They may not be winning games or trophies, but if they're performing better and improving in areas they need to, then you can give the manager time. Ten Hag doesn't check any of these boxes and if it were up to me, I wouldn't give him more time, but since Manchester United is sticking with him, only time will tell
You've said everything I wanted to say in this regard. Because Ten Hag has been managing Manchester United since 2022, which means he has been trying to build Manchester United for two seasons. And in the first season maybe he can end the season very well and get a ticket to the UCL. Even though at the beginning of the first season or more precisely in the first half of his first season there we saw a lot of problems that occurred in the players' dressing room. Even Cristiano Ronaldo had to leave there. But after that Ronaldo's departure made the players unite as if they had removed a barrier. But the second season didn't turn out as well as the first season. If the reason is because many players are injured then I understand it if it is in the second half of the season. but the problem is that the poor results have started since the start of the season. Even in the UCL they failed and were bottom of UCL Group A with only 1 win, 1 draw and 4 defeats. Which means that Manchester United's condition at that time was not even better than Copenhagen and Galatasaray. So I was really disappointed at that time with Manchester United's condition. But now the club has given Ten Hag another chance. And yes, no matter what, we still have to respect this decision. And hope that Ten Hag will indeed be able to improve everything in his third season at Manchester United. Although it seems like we have the same doubts about Ten Hag.

Todd Boehly is an impatient person while Pochettino is late in making improvements to his team it is only at the end of the season that he does so while throughout the season Pochettino did a very poor job so the board of directors considered whether or not to keep him but obviously Pochettino had to go.

Do you believe Jackson would have been better under Pochettino? But we know Palmer is better than Jackson.
For me he is not a great player needs to adjust again with the new coach Maresca, yes maybe Jackson will shine more with Maresca.

Maybe some club owners do associate it with Guardiola and people who have been with Guardiola closely will probably have similar knowledge and potentially very large to bring his team in a better direction to compete, indeed seeing the achievements brought by Guardiola, and followed by some people who have worked with him like Arteta, Xabi who today has the same achievements and farming fans that it cannot be separated from their experience with Guardiola before, and if Arne Slot brings Liverpool to be better I think it will be even more terrible that the club owners will look for people who have worked with Guardiola to get their services. LOL

hahaha you are right Many of those who worked with Guardiola went on to become successful coaches. Guardiola is friendly and a wonderful coach. He turned a mediocre club like Manchester City into the best club in the world. Manchester City Management has provided a lot of support. But it would never have been possible without Guardiola's mastermind. Guardiola's friend is probably Arteta. Arteta is also an excellent coach. Arteta has done very well this season with Arsenal. Xavi also won the La Liga title with Barcelona. Arne Slot is not experienced enough. However, it is expected that he will be able to make the Liverpool team stronger.

True, changing coaches is not bad thing but just look at how Todd Boehly does it, he is not satisfied when the coach fails to build Chelsea but on the other hand there is also dissatisfaction when the team has shown more significant development.
Everything has happened and basically Todd Boehly has quite high ego and it is even very difficult to guess what his thinking was to do all this while he was the owner of Chelsea.
Todd Boehly ambiguous decision is only in the way he makes decisions to always change coaches and I think things like this must be changed, he should really believe in the coach he thinks is the right one, otherwise Chelsea will never develop well.

Chelsea has been able to overcome the problem of players, they have many young players with potential, even some players who are older can still play well, task in developing Chelsea is actually to find the best strengths and make them more stable.

If Arne slot was a suggestion by klop or klop supported his appointment by the Liverpool management, then I can say for sure that Slot wouldn't be a terrible coach as I want to believe that klop will not want to suggest one who will replace him and cause the team a really terrible situation while doing that, Liverpool is dare to klop and I believe if he had his way he would still be with the. Making sure they get even better as what be has built with them took a whole lot of years to get at where they are and even the kind of form and strength they have attained at this point.

For all the top teams that had their coaches changed like Liverpool and Bayern Munich, it's going to be more of a trial and error season for them of which I believe some may turn out good but just like I did mentioned earlier last week, it will take more than na season foe Arne slot to prove better than klop has done for Liverpool that is if he will be even able to really beat klops record in Liverpool so far. The legacies of klop at Liverpool aren't mare ones as it took him literally years of hard work to get them and that's why I believe strongly it will take time for Arne Scot to be able to get similar records.

It really tells the kind of football lover you are, a kind who thinks he knows all but you know nothing about how things are in football, sorry I can't teach you a thing or two about football both on and off the pitch because it would be a shame to those who don't know anything about football (such as yourself), it would be pointless thinking of teaching you because it won't get in your head. Manchester United will never improve as long as your manager Erik ten Heg is still push hard to get an apology from a player that he sent out of the first team, never will he (Sancho) train with the senior team and also sent him on loan, that shouldn't be part of what he should have requested for when was given the 2 years contract, that's in the past and ten Heg shouldn't have brought it up. Is that the man who'll improve the team? Someone who's living in the past. Sometimes I wonder how you analyze football and you come here to make people believe you know anything about football. As a Manchester United fan you're suppose to say things the way they are, at this point there won't be any communication between Erik ten Heg if he continues with this selfish plan of his, I feel he's only thinking of himself than what will improve the club.
About the trophy, let's say Manchester United always win the domestic competitions but always finish outside the top 4, no Champions League trophy no EPL title, would you still be wasting your time saying that the Red Devils are doing well? Guy open your eyes and start accepting the reality about Manchester United your beloved club, very soon you'll see many of UTD fans will lose that patience they have for the club when they're not showing any sign of moving forward.
If you're watching football starting from next season just sit close to someone who knows how what he's watching because if you watch it alone you won't understand what you're watching. The case of information in the locker room, is something they don't let the public know except one of the players comes out to air out the whole thing, like the case of Ronaldo who told the world how poor the training equipments are and some other things. Don't use because you're a fan to run away from the truth, UTD will even be worse than last campaign with the mindset of Erik ten Heg. The season has not started yet but he has already started dropping some negative energy in the team.

Not really, I'm not what you think. Lol. I don't bloody know it all, but, I know who knows ball and who's doesn't. Not just to my head but to others as well because your context is complete horseshit, I don't need to prattle bout knowing this and not knowing that.

You don't know that, you can't say that but it's your opinion, I'm just to ignore if I don't find whatever you say making sense. Manchester United will flourish under Erik Ten Hag.

Something happened offline on the pitch which I don't know, but he took it online as a professional you should be aware of the do's and don'ts and whatever repercussions that comes with it. Let me take you back to Sir Alex Ferguson and David Beckham who had issues, Sir Alex Ferguson was strongly in charge and made sure that Beckham leaves the club.

Same here with Erik Ten Hag, that was disrespect and all he wanted was an apology. Is that too difficult to do?  I'm done engaging with you, do better watch football properly henceforth. Bye. SMH

Everything requires a process, don't be too quick to say that Ten Hag has failed with Manchester United.
Last season, Manchester United experienced a lot of problems, especially injuries that befell many of their main players, so Ten Hag had quite a hard time lifting this team's performance, I think last season's downturn cannot be used as a reference because they had a lot of problems.
And Manchester United's success in winning the FA Cup is also worthy of appreciation.

They may not be winning games or trophies, but if they're performing better and improving in areas they need to, then you can give the manager time. Ten Hag doesn't check any of these boxes and if it were up to me, I wouldn't give him more time, but since Manchester United is sticking with him, only time will tell

But Erik ten Hag won FA Cup in this season and close his failure with Manchester United achieved finish outside of Europe League spot standings position, after management of United announced will extend Erik ten Hag contract I think he must improve team performance if want get more extend become Manchester United manager.

I don't know what makes him continue to be retained, is it because he has managed to win the FA Cup this season and get Manchester United through to European competitions, I think that's not good enough because in the EPL Manchester United didn't get good results, in fact they experienced more. lots of defeats from the previous season, that means there is a decline in their game statistics, Ten hag can't choose the players he recruits sometimes they are always useless also in the main squad team, the game still looks boring.

It is certain that management will retain him because of course Ten Hag must agree on the achievements they want next season. The competition is very tight. If Ten Hag still retains the current players, it will certainly be difficult to compete next season. Manchester United needs players who are quite productive in the line. In order to be able to score lots of goals for this team, Ten Hag must be able to recruit and find the best players for this team next season, hopefully he won't disappoint everyone because he has been given trust again in this team.

Erik Ten Hag's mistake was that he was still keeping the current players and that would never change anything regarding the Red Devils' status in the Premier League. He had to have the courage to overhaul the existing squad even though his tenure had lasted two years and only produced the FA Cup. Even though it wasn't enough to bring the Red Devils to play in the Chamiones League for two seasons, they always didn't participate, of course this is the worst achievement ever during their coaching, if they continue to keep the current players, the big possibility is that the Red Devils will continue to get bad results. like this season..
Last season Erik Ten Hag made many changes to the Manchester United squad, but many of his new recruits suffered injuries, making it quite difficult for Erik Ten Hag to build a team that could develop.
Erik Ten Hag has made a lot of efforts to change the team even though we can see that it hasn't been successful, but I believe in the process carried out by Erik Ten Hag with the quality he has and regardless of the player material he maintains in the squad, I think every coach each has their own point of view in selecting players.
Ten Hag did make a lot of changes and was actually quite good at selecting every player he brought in. It's just that Ten Hag's weakness is in building relationships between players. He's not very good at it. but in terms of tactics on the field and other things, he is actually really good at that. But we can see that the main problem is that Man United players always make a lot of unnecessary mistakes when playing. Even repeated mistakes are often made in the back line and midfield. This is the main point that also makes Man United always fail to get good results. If Ten Hag is able to enable the players to play without making many fatal mistakes then Man United will actually get good results since last season.
