If you look at the confidence Pep Guardiola have not to be worry or distracted about his contract that is going to end next year, you will know that Manchester city management will do everything possible to make sure they retain their coach, because Pep Guardiola have more premier league titles to help Manchester city to win before he will leave to join other team. I think, some of the Manchester city fans know what will going to happen in that one year that remain for Pep Guardiola, which they know that if he can do what he did in this season to win premier League title again, his contract will be extended with huge amount of offer that will make him feel comfortable with the team. I don't think, Pep Guardiola will retire at his age now, because he will still like to try other teams to know if he can do what he did for Manchester city since 2016 till now before he can retire from football.

Manchester City must be able to persuade Pep Guardiola to be willing to extend his contract. Of course, it will not be easy for Manchester City to find a replacement for Pep if he chooses to leave. Pep Guardiola has been able to turn Manchester City into an elite team in Europe, he has given fans all the titles they aspire to. I think Pep will not renew his contract again and he seems to need another challenge to face before deciding to retire. To Manchester City management, it is time to make plans to find a successor to Guardiola.

No, zidane won't be a manager for united. This is too good to be true. No decision for ten hag's future has been released by ineos. Sir jim meets tuchel but as per romano's confirmation below he won't coach united.

People can stop to talk about zidane. that will never ever come true. Even tuchel refused it to work with MU.

The reality is that because United won FA cup, everyone had a different understanding of it, however it is quite terrible to see something like this and should not be all that easy to understand. We should consider the fact that we are going to see something change in the end we should probably consider not to get anything all that crazy at all. Just get what you can get and you will be doing fine.
In actuality, fans enjoyed the fact that winning the FA Cup allowed them to dominate three teams at once which is rarely happened with manchester united. Is there something better than these things? This is why they were pressuring management to keep Ten Hag for another season.

- Sent Chelsea to the conference league.
- Newcastle was eliminated from European competition.
- They now compete in the Europa League.

Is there something better than that?
Nonsense when many people talking about Zidane become Manchester United head coach because without considering any media linked with Zidane. Recently Manchester United had official announcement not make negotiation or priority Bayern Munich former Thomas Tuchel will be their manager next season. Manchester United fans need waiting awhile with the manager team next season and Erik ten Hag future clearly announce few upcoming later keep staying with his position or management will sack him.

All rumor linked will be Manchester United manager for next season is not true and waiting official announcement from management who will be right head coach for next season.

But Haaland is a force of nature, a goal-scoring machine, too. No surprise Alvarez doesn't start every game. Pep Guardiola's departure is rumored. He has a year left on his deal, but will he leave the Premier League's biggest salary? No, I disagree. Man City will stay even if Pep leaves. The world's greatest managers will want to coach them because they're a premier club. Let's relax, enjoy the game, and see what happens

Usually, any player will think about getting retired when they get older, and playing at an older age cannot be easy for any player.
Jamie Vardy is a 37-year-old player who plays for Leicester and he is a legendary player in this team. Leicester is happy to have a player in this level in the team and that's why they extended the contract of Jamie Vardy for a longer time.
Jamie Vardy joined Leicester back in 2012 and he played in 464 games for his team. He scored 190 goals during these years. Now he extended his contract for one more year.

Leicester are back to the English Premier League and they will do everything within their possible reach to ensure they maintain a spot because the EPL is built with top flight performance. Leicester players, they're doing their best to comprehend their abilities. Jamie Vardy probably the best player for Leicester city and have been with them in both rising and down period. Jamie Vardy have extended his contract with the Foxes and will prolonged for the betterment of their affairs.

They're back now with Potter as their new coach as a replacement for maresca. Missing Maresca has also pushed leicester to hire a new coach as soon as possible considering leicester wanted to give some times for the new coach to rebuild the club as a part of preparation to face EPL next season. So Leicester City approaches Potter as a new coach to join the team and the talks are still going on as per the latest update. The deal between Leicester and Potter is getting very near. I expect Potter to be a new addition to the club soon.

Leicester City will be back. It's been a year since we've seen Vardy in EPL. Vardy has a veteran Leicester City player. He was incredibly loyal to Leicester and no doubt that leicester is not keen to let him leave. I'm not too sure about Potter Ball. It is apparent that Leicester players must adapt to Potter's tactics.

Working for Manchester United is a big risk for any coach even for a coach like Zidane because Manchester United doesn't have a good situation while the fans of this team expect to see their team win the Premier League title while the players they have this can't be easy for any coach and that's why I guess Zidane will never accept the offer in this situation to work for a team like Manchester United.

~Snip
Yes, that's right, friend, Manchester United is currently in its darkest period. So any coach who trains this Red Devils team will definitely continue to be criticized by hard-line supporters (if for example they can't make Manchester United even better). This action is quite natural for Manchester United fans, because it has been almost a decade since Manchester United failed to win the Premier League. Therefore, it is natural for Manchester United fans to feel irritated and irritated with every coach who has ever managed Manchester United. Because after the Ferguson era, Manchester United never rose again.

So if, for example, Zidane came in and became Manchester United coach, he would definitely have the same fate as the current Manchester United coach (Ten Hag). This of course would damage Zidane's reputation so choosing to reject Manchester United's offer was the right choice. Maybe if for example Zidane wanted to test his own mentality, coaching Manchester United would be the right choice. Apart from that, there is actually a plus if, for example, Zidane is willing to coach Manchester United. The plus point is, if for example Zidane can bring Manchester United back to its glory days, then he will definitely become a coach who is highly respected by all Manchester United supporters. But once again, the risks are also very big, so the decision Zidane has taken now is correct.

Do you think to handle the Manchester United job is one easy task? You can go interview Louis Van Gaal as well as Jose Mourinho so they could tell you what Erik Ten Hag is going through right now.

Zidane is not that guy for Manchester United, I don't know how long I need to sing this for people to read and let it sink inside of them skull. He is no different from Ole Gunner Solskjaer. It's just that he is tested and trusted when you give him a squad with already made players and starts to handle.
T's like being the Captain of a team, you'll definitely know how to motivate your players and teammates so they could win the game. Looking at him tactically, you'll be saying no of you look at his last season with Real Madrid in the La Liga Competition.

He will not be appointed head coach of Manchester United, wherever you see such news, let it ring in your mind that they're all lies. Erik Ten Hag would be better but it seems like these bastards do not have such plans to back him up.
I feel like Zidane will not be the manager part is true, but we are talking about a situation that would have been pretty easy and good in the end. The reality is that Zidane would have been a bad fit and yet still get a better result as well. I think it should be something much more obvious to anyone who has watched United this season, most good managers would have been better than Erik Tan Hag.

Maybe the best thing they can do is to trust the younger coach and try to rebuild the team with younger players to have more hope.
So, if Zidane is appointed as Manchester United coach, I don't think it will be a big pressure for Zidane. Because Zidane way of training has been proven to be able to increase the quality of the team, he managed to do it when he was still at Real Madrid. But talking far away doesn't necessarily mean that this will come true because convincing Zidane is very difficult because until now no team has succeeded in persuading him to coach their team.

So Manchester United also has no rumors that they will part ways with Erik Ten Hag, although speculation is growing that Manchester United is not satisfied with Erik performance but there has been no official statement, meaning the news circulating is only being cooked up by the media. In this way, the step that must be taken is to bring in new players for the team because Manchester United needs quality reserve players who can cover the gap when the main players are absent.
Moreover, most football fans or observers will not be sure that Zidane will want to become Manchester United coach, and besides that, Manchester United is not the place that can make Zidane get what he wants.
Reason is that there are quite lot of teams that are trying to seduce and make attractive offers to Zidane but the result is that there is no agreement whatsoever, they are big team and have qualified support but Zidane rejects it.
Last time I saw Zidane at his peak was with Real Madrid and I firmly believe that such success cannot be repeated with any other team.

Previously, all the rumors circulating were about the possibility of Ten Hag dismissal, but in reality until now there has been no clear certainty.
But some of the news or rumors currently circulating are about Manchester United efforts to find an alternative new coach, who knows what it will be like in the future, we definitely want them to get the best for Manchester United future.
And when it comes to players, it is clear that Manchester United has quite lot of young players with potential, they do not lack players because what is needed is how to utilize all the players well and create competitive performance.

As far as I know, there are 2 reasons why Zidane didn't want to manage Man United or any other EPL teams.
1. Language problem
2. Life style in England

You must be quite surprising that Zidane gets difficulty with the English language. But it becomes one of the problems, not sure why Zidane doesn't want to learn it. I think Zidane must solve it easily if he has an intention to learn it. However, it is quite difficult if the life style becomes another problem to manage a team in EPL. Even if Man united offers a big salary for Zidane, he must reject it because the problem has nothing to do with the salary.

It is rumored that Zidane only wants to manage his former clubs, France national team, and Bayern Munich.  Smiley

This will make the sports media come up with a lot of rumors. This will also give fans worries. As you said, Pep has been at City since 2016 and has succeeded in making City one of Europe's giants. I think it would make sense if Pep decided to retire. He has already got everything in football and he just needs to directly train potential young players.
More like pep guardiola should leave the podium now that the ovation is loud. Yes I support the fact that pep guardiola should go in for short retirement, just like you rightly said, he has literarily won everything within his capacity as a coach at the club level for Manchester city, winning the premier League back to back at a stretch for four times was a record I didn't see coming. But if it is eventually happens, that he leaves, he will be leaving a big shoe for the replacing coach to wear, because he will be leaving Manchester City at a high pedestrian, which will be very difficult for a lot of coach to fit in and maintain the tempo.
Pep Guardiola has the potential to part ways with Manchester City when his contract ends, of course there will be several options for him in the future, choosing to retire, rest for a while or look for a new challenge in a different league. What is clear is that his legacy for Manchester City will be very difficult for subsequent managers to surpass, but for now this is still too far to speculate. Although we are aware, things can change quickly, and especially for next season, we will again see Pep Guardiola staying at the Etihad.

If Pep Guardiola refuses a new contract extension, it could be that the manager wants to see developments that will occur next season first, it is possible that he will extend his contract again. Next season Pep Guardiola will again try to defend the trophy in a row, and it looks like he plans to make the Premier League a Farmers League. This opportunity is very open, because Liverpool and Chelsea changed managers, it is possible that Manchester United will also follow suit, of course they need to adapt. Only Arsenal can be the closest competitor to Manchester City, and that will make it easier for Pep Guardiola to defend the trophy again.

I am also among those that think Pep wouldn’t renew or extend his contract beyond the current deal. He has won basically everything that a coach can win and nothing more, few years back when he hadn’t won the champions league he was saying in multiple interviews they he was not ready to step aside as he vowed to bring home an European trophy and with the champions league won and also treble I think he will be going for more adventures like the national team. He was once approached by Brazil, who now have their attention on Real Madrid’s Carlo Ancelloti, though they’d be a space at Spain with Enrique no longer at dugout they will do with a manager like Pep. Should Pep then decides to leave city I think the club will definitely have to face a few season of difficulties except they manage other exit properly because I know some players will certainly follow Pep out of the club which will cause them problems.

The management of Manchester United know that Tuchel is a good coach, but in my opinion, Tuchel must have already realized that he cannot accept short-term contracts and coming from teams with unstable and directionless management. That's why he refused to accept Manchester United's proposal in my opinion. now about the management of manchester united giving Erik ten Hag another chance, I honestly think it would be a mistake because they will not win the premier league and they will not finish in a position to access the European champions league, and manchester united has money and Erik ten Hag didn't know how to make good signings in all his years as Manchester United coach

Yes Tuchel has more trophies than Ten Hag and to me that’s dependent on the caliber of clubs he has managed. Ten Hag has won two trophies since coming to Manchester United which to me is a sign that he can fight for many more trophies in the future if given the opportunity and support. Tuchel with due respect went to PSG and went a season without winning the league, a competition that the club bosses and then repeated the same with the historical Bayern and leaving them at 3rd position. I wouldn’t be too fast but Ten Hag will do better with either of this two clubs

It cannot be completely certain whether Zidane will be suitable or not as manager of Manchester United because after all, there will always be a chance for every manager to succeed or perhaps fail. So, even if you are not sure that Zidane will succeed in managing Manchester United, of course that is not a definite prediction that will happen. Because after all, Erik ten Hag, who was successful in his first season and experienced a decline in his second season, is at least proof that any result is still possible. But in reality, Manchester United will still give Erik ten Hag the opportunity for a third season with Manchester United, so linking him with Zidane doesn't seem right at this moment.

Zidane name pop up whenever a vacancy is available in a top team but I didn't see much talk about this subject in media. Instead, I see Ratcliff having talks with Tuchel about a possible contract for the next season and other staff promoting Southgate as the future coach. The latter didn't accept right now since he has a EURO to play soon, so maybe after that competition, we will have a clearer view about the coach but I agree that Zidane has nothing to do there.

The rumour that he is linked to Manchester United has been circulating since Zidane stated that he has no interest in managing the club but i must admit that if zidane is the most difficult coach to recruit even since last decade. it's caued by he is having very high value. He said this in his last interview to the some media that he was keen to coach united but no concrete offer from manchester united to him. We would not know that if united has not sent him an official offer. Many clubs attempted to sign him as a new coach but were unable to do so. This is why people were also thinking if it's almost impossible for him to coach united
United has been associated to a variety of names although there are no solid names here but im sure ten hag is staying for another season. All of the names are linked to the united but it's preferable if we wait for the outcome of Ten Hag's fate in United to determine which coach that will fill the empty spot if ten hag will be sacked by united next week.
I would name tuchel as a potential candidate.

Well the start of everything actually pave way that has kept this club like this and what I mean is the first coach that actually made everything like this. David moise actually broke the entire mentality of the club because he was the first to actually mess things up and funny enough he was even the chosen one and many people after the season changed everything to more like the broken one .😂

If Pep Guardiola is not talking about contract extension, don’t you think he’s going to move to another club rather than retiring from football as a whole. He has done great things in the past since he joined Manchester City and I will say he has done tremendously well and deserved all the praises been showered on him now. Manchester City will not be happy to see him living but sincerely they will never forget what he has done for them. 2025 is just one more season for him with them, I hope he will make it one of the most memorable one amongst them. In looking for a new coach if at all he doesn’t extend his contracts, they should get an experienced one that will not allow the hardwork of Pep Guardiola be thrown into the mud because of lack of putting that 100% hardwork that is deserving and required from any manager.
If he's  intending to move to a new team, most likely he would have made it known probably on the media already because he cannot just exit the team without really making it known to the team and the fans too, he will most likely try to make his last days count at Manchester city been the kind of person we know him to be, having a very strong winning mentality that is geared towards just making sure he wins against every odd.

Just like Liverpool, I wouldn't be expecting guardiola make the last days at Manchester city count, that is if eventually he happens to not further extend his contract with Manchester city beyond 2025. Manchester city have been a very wonderful team that is definitely going to be able to maintain the legacies of pep even after his exit and will not forget in a hurry all that he has been able to do for the team even if eventually the last days doesn't turn out the best days just yet.

At the moment there is still no clarity about what Pep will do in the future but certainly as long as Pep has not decided then indeed Manchester City still does not feel comfortable especially with the rumors that occur when Pep is rumored to be leaving Etihad clearly this gives a feeling of anxiety for them.

At present, Pep future is quite difficult to predict because his contract is only 1 season left but indeed Pep and Manchester City are still quite silent even seeing from some of the players' statements, they also seem not too sure whether Pep will stay or look for a new adventure.
But what is clear at this time is that Pep seems to want to see whether his future can still continue to be at Manchester City or not this season. For Manchester City they will definitely do everything in their power to keep Pep to stay but when Pep has planned to leave then Manchester City will be difficult to hold him.

tuchel has reportedly met with the owner of Manchester United and expressed his desire to coach Manchester United next season, but I think it will also be very difficult to realize considering that Manchester United currently still has a contract with Ten Hag.
for example, Man United is not under contract with Ten Hag, still, I am sure that if Tuchel is not the right coach for Man United with the slightly complicated situation that Man United is currently experiencing, Tuchel arrival will definitely make this team even worse.
I have reasons why I doubt Tuchel and is not worthy of being Man United coach because we all know Tuchel previous contribution which destroyed Bayern Munich dominance and also failed to compete in the UCL and there was another bad experience when Munich only finished in the top 3.
Man United management will certainly not agree if Tuchel becomes the coach of the Red Devils, and would prefer to keep Ten Hag.

In Man United current condition, the management will be more careful in making decisions because they are afraid of repeating the same mistakes so that in terms of coaches, Man United still believes in Ten Hag and will not replace him with a new coach as long as he is still under contract with Ten Hag.
I do not consider Thomas Tuchel to be a clear better coach than Erik Ten Hang, why using him to replace Ten Hang. This will only be possible if Manchester United just needed the same level of results that Erik gave but in another dimension. I do not see Thomas Tuchel improving Manchester United, both technically and charisma wise. Thomas didn't have enough influence in Bundesliga and that is Xavi Alonso was able snatch the Bundesliga title from him. Tuchel is not that exceptional coach that fits Manchester United, he is simply as good or as bad as Ten Hang. The reason Ten Hang should be better then him is that Erik Ten Hang will be working based on experience while Tuchel will be working based on experiment.

If I were to make the decision for Manchester United, I would have said that they should allow Erik Ten Hang for one more season and buy him consistent and quality players. This will be better than replicating what Todd is doing with Chelsea.

Looking at the achievements of these two coaches, I see Tuchel as the best coach when compared to Erik Ten Hang, just look at the achievements of the two coaches which clearly shows that Tuchel has more experience and more achievements, if Tuchel were Manchester United's coach for a long term contract, I think that Manchester United would be a very strong team in the coming years and could win the Premier League and then they would be able to win the European Champions League

but it seems that tuchel refused to be coach of manchester united, according to this news:

Thomas Tuchel will NOT be new Man United manager, he’s gonna take a break and he will not coach any club this summer

Tuchel has decided not to continue in talks with Man United after several direct contacts in recent weeks.

He was the favorite candidate in case they decided to part ways with Erik ten Hag, but deal will not happen.

Man United, deciding on Erik ten Hag future soon.

I wouldn't compare like that exactly, I think the result of this goal difference in goals scored and conceded is due to poor tactics and match formation. They don't just need to change the coach who tried to build something all season and failed - they also need to buy players, review and rebuild the squad. I think only a new coach can do that without bias

Well in Sir Alex Ferguson era, Manchester United name was shining and things in the team weren't great after him. Ten Hag saved Manchester United in the beginning from a disastrous season and he was able to win a trophy at least this season. I wouldn't say that he was the saviour or the best choice but at least he tried but Manchester United needs more qualified players and to rely less on players that no longer can add something to the team.
I agree that a new coach and new strategies are a must to improve the team especially with a comprehensive staff that could give some money to recruit new players so a better outcome would be expected.

To be honest I don't know where it's salvageable, but since they won a trophy this season, so be it, well done Ten Hag for achieving at least that despite such poor results within the league. So far there is no news about the new coach, not even any serious rumours about a change of coach, it's sad at the moment. Well, there were rumours, but they stopped for some reason.)
It's actually very bad to see Manchester United that was once the most feared European club struggling while the current club manager thinks winning an FA Cup final is a great big feat for the club. I'm very surprised to see that Manchester United's management aren't currently in the hunting for a new replacement for Erik ten Hag because from what I've seen so far from the manager, the club will never rise above their current standard of football under the Dutchman.
Manchester United's management must as a matter of urgency go in search of a new world class manager that'll help the club become competitive again unless they just want to settle for struggling to finish in the top seven at the end of every season.

When there were rumors about Zidane wanting to try to become Man Utd coach, it was a good opportunity for Man Utd but why didn't he do it?
Or maybe it's just a rumor because as you said, Zidane is one of the coaches who finds it difficult to make an offer because Zidane always turns it down from various big clubs and it's very likely that Man Utd has also made an offer but it's been rejected by Zidane, just not the rumor spread.
This is just my prediction because I don't know exactly what is happening now, more precisely, Man Utd's hope is only in Erik Ten Hag.

Yes, maybe Tuchel could be the right candidate to replace Erik Ten Hag even though Tuchel failed in the Bundesliga, but I am sure that Tuchel can make a big difference to Man Utd performance in the coming season.
Everyone knows the reason why we say Tuchel deserves to be a Man Utd candidate because he was successful with Chelsea.
