But Manchester United's targeting good players can work if they make a stable team, otherwise and if they hire players and coaches and change all the time this won't work for them.  

Manchester united problem since Sir Alex Ferguson left the club is still lingering, which is a good coach that can lead the club to winning EPL. I can see that United is already looking to move some players around, and that is not a bad move, because if you can get rid of the dead weight then you are going to end up doing much better. I think it's clear that we are going to end up with a much better result if given be, and they are on that path.

They need to offload some of these players and their salaries, for whatever amount, they already have some money as well so combine their own money and all the money they make from the sales, they could potentially get players that are good. So far they have overpaid for many players that they got no results from, if they could make better transfers then I am sure that they are going to end up with a better season, of course if they can stay uninjured too.

Chelsea have moved ahead for their first signing of the summer and this time they got it without spending a penny for Fulham's Tosin Adarabioyo. He plays as a central defender and it seems he is being prepared as a replacement for Thiago Silva, who is leaving Chelsea at the end of this season.

I think Chelsea should often look at the potential of players like Tosin Adarabioyo, especially if they don't spend money on transfers then they can also save money in terms of their spending budget. Tosin Adarabioyo's contract will last for four years and of course this will be a long-term project undertaken by Chelsea.

It's a little strange to see Man United slumping like last season. This team really has to improve everything next season. because if they fail again next season then this club will really lose their reputation. If these are the yardstick that guaranteed absolute performance, Chelsea will always win the trophy. Chelsea do spend huge amount of money in the transfer market every windows and change couches frequently but no achievement to justify their spending. In fact, they perform better with their squad at a time they were banned from transfer market. Sometimes, making changes is very necessary but it doesn't equal to success, it is all about knowing how to manage the squad but this can not be achieved unless with experience couch.

This must be done if they really want to be able to compete very competitively in the several competitions they will be taking part in, it won't be able to run very quickly because everything requires process and can take time, which is definitely more than one season and costs lot of money.
But if Manchester United is willing to do all that then it is possible that in the next two or three seasons they can show really strong performance, even if Manchester United can be said to be stable team, it all depends on how the owner and top officials take steps.
It has been several season since they have been absent from success achieving in important European competitions, but at least in the next season there should be big surprise which will make them confident again to be called big, strong team.

I admit that the decline in Manchester United performance has led to different points of view, many say that mistakes occurred from the players or from the coach, with everything that has happened it should be reference for encouragement for them to change this point of view among football fans.

The new Manchester United management, Jim Radcliffe and his teammates are no different from the glazers honestly. Jim is one sentimental old man and I don't see him as a skunk Manchester United fan for if he did, he'd know and respect the decisions of them Manchester United fans.

Two trophies in two seasons is something, Van Gaal, Jose Mourinho,  Ole Gunner Solskjaer, and Ralf Ragnick could not achieve not even David Moyes. They should go on if they want to sack him. Yes, in the last two seasons, Arsenal's progress in becoming Premier League champions has always been stopped because of Manchester City. This is very unfortunate for Arsenal, considering that Arsenal have not won the Premier League for a long time. Because, the last time Arsenal won the Premier League, if I'm not mistaken, was in the 2003-2004 season, meaning that Arsenal had been fasting for the Premier League title for almost 20 years. And Greenwood will definitely be really needed at Atletico Madrid with the quality he has. But Dortmund seems to want this player the most along with Sancho. And they intend to make these two players, namely Sancho and Greenwood, a partner in their attack line for next season. And Manchester United also seems to prefer direct transfers and not bartering players. So Dortmund seems to be a strong candidate in hunting for these players.
