Its a difficult league, the Premier League. Arsenal and Man City have been the big guys,, but Arsenal hasnt been able to close the deal. I believe the reason why the management of Arsenal are still patience with mikel Arteta for not able to win the title all this season is because they understand Arteta is a young coach coming up, that will do well and if you notice in every season their is a transformation in the performance of Arsenal. Arteta is a good coach not doubt  about it and I believe in next season their will be a difference and it is possible for arsenal to win the league next season because Arteta keeps improving.  Arsenal nearly won the title this season if not a mistake of not winning a match. Arsenal was very tough with Manchester City, and next season it is still possible challenge Manchester City.

I agree with you. The Premier League is truly unpredictable. I think the Premier League is absolutely the most competitive league in the world. Anything can happen in the Premier League and Arsenal are really unlucky to be runners up twice in a row. Arsenal are playing very well and they are one of the favorites to win. But I think they were inconsistent in their game so they failed to win the championship at the end of this season. I think the result against Aston Villa really had an impact on them. They lost to Aston Villa and dropped 3 points and to be honest it was a defeat I didn't predict.

I see great potentials in this new Chelsea coach,and despite knowing that Chelsea boards dont normally give their coaches time to build their team,I think they might give this new coach time to build the squad,but I think the building will stand on what Pochetino have built already.The coach I think would have done much better is Pochetino,if they had given him more time to execute his plans,they didn't even allow him finish his project when they sacked him.It was really bad.
Now there is Enzo Maresca who seem to have potentials of turning players into world class stars,with the signing of a defender already and this player,let's see if he will be able to turn things around at Chelsea.

If that is done again, the new coach can build a stronger squad like Jurgen Klopp did when he first became Liverpool coach.
