Giggs has no managerial experience, it'd be a massive risk for Man Utd to let him become manager of the 1st team. I don't think Mourinho will be sacked yet any way.
Van Gaal have a lot of managerial experience but he was failed last season and i think experience doesn't really matter for Manchester United but they must find the manager who could to motivate players because their mentally really fall now and in my opinion Manchester United just have not found the right manager because very difficult to find the successor of Ferguson

precisely, Van Gaal absolutely failed to bring Manchester United back to the track. Though he has a lot of experience. And for Mourinho, if he does not have much experience? whether the experience is still a little bit?

also Zidane got a team full of stars and it only needs good management not like Manchester united because united are far from being a team that can achieve something we can see that for the past three tears they always been poor and Madrid had great results but didn't win trophies so it's difficult to compare both teams situations.

With a team full of star player actually the pressure will be twice than coaching a normal team. Not everyone can be a coach even if you let them coach a team like real madrid. Obviously that mourinho need to stop humiliating himself and he should resign from his position as a better good for the team
I hope before Mourinho out or resign from Manchester United, he give a big tittle like as BPL champions or FA cup. I doubt MU will rise again in Europe League, because until now performance still on track.

for this situation, I think we can compare  Zinadine Zidane and Ryan Giggs. When Zidane manage Real Madrid, in the first year he get a champions league with that players. And now with manchester united play in under champions league competition called Europa League, with their squad now they can win the europa league with Ryan Giggs.

Ryan giggs should be much better coach compared with mourinho however Im pretty sure that the reason why manchester united doesnt give ryan giggs the chance to be the next coach is probably they dont want to sack ryan giggs incase he is doing bad so they still let him learn at this moment however mourinho definitely needs to be changed
that was a good way to think about how manchester united treat ryan giggs , but in my opinion it's pretty clear a big team like manchester united won't to hire a manager that not have experience enough like ryan giggs , he must have spent a lot of time enough to manage a club then back to united later. so far i see skybet provide an odds for mourinho to leave 20/1 pretty high  Roll Eyes

That is probably the reason why he is not the coach until today. Obviously manchester united got a good eye for talent so giggs talent wont be wasted just like that so they are still giving some time for giggs to learn . The chances for mourinho to be sacked will be quite high if their performance is still bad until the boxing day
yeah makes sense , giggs wouldn't be appointed by manchester united management until he has managed several clubs at least. and show his quality , jose mourinho to leave manchester united for now seems like wouldn't happened , manchester united would give him two or four months left at least to decide whether he stay or leave.

Yeah Manchester United will not sack Mou for now. He still have a long time to bring United back to the top of the league, for now, I think his name is the best for manchester united. At least at the end of the season, if he can't reach big 4, then he should out.
I think that a bit harsh, even a great coach need time to adjust with the team condition, when sir alex coaching manchester united they didn't become champion instantly, if man united keeps on changing coach, they wont achieve anything, its better let Mou coach for another year to see whether any development from the team or not

maybe yes he has no managerial experience, but look at what zidane have done to Real Madrid, is he have a managerial experience? and he give a 11th champions league trophy to Real Madrid. How if Ryan Giggs become another Zinadine Zidane?

Zidane has some of the best players in the world. Man Utd are a complete decaying corpse of a club.
It's not remotely comparable.

Before taking the head coach position in Real Madrid, Zidane was a coach of Real Madrid Castilla and became coach assistant for Ancelotti in senior team. So comparing to Giggs, Zidane had more experience, thats why he got success in his first time as head coach for Real Madrid. But who knows, maybe Ryan Giggs could surprise us.
Well we know Arsenal is a big team but they dont win Premier League for years, and Arsene Wenger still there. It totally depends on how patient the fans supporting their team.

Not only the fans, but also the board of directors.  If this is still about Man United and Mourinho then I guess their board members will not be that patient.  But I can see Mourinho last three years at United before finally pulling the plug if there's no success seen by that time frame.

We know one board member who's really not happy with what's going on with his beloved club right now, Sir Alex Ferguson.

You can't compare Real Madrid with Manchester United, dude. It's really different, because Real Madrid is a big team that have solid players even chance with other manager. In the other hand, Man United performance is really unpredictable.

he is a great manager he had a lot of achievement and he only needs time and some luck because the whole season they weren't lucky enough and they have unstability in their defense so he needs more time to make improvements for the club.

Mourinho doesnt need anymore time for that because it has been almost 6 months since he lead manchester united and of course that is quite a long time for him to get to know the squad. The problem is also with their defenders, daley blind just cant be their defender as he is not fit for that position

What are you saying? That Mourinho should be given the sack at the end of the season?  You said so yourself that he doesn't need any more time.  United's performance is crap and no more time should be given...  That only means to get a new manager.  That would be a very bad decision for United right now.  They have no choice except to give him time for the sakemof getting some stability back.

You got it right, he should be sacked. They could have appointed any other manager however fact is that the team is not performing well. Steps needs to be taken to ensure that everything will be going in an order. Unless they are ready to spend more and hope that miracles happen when they sign the right player

I respect your opinion because there really is an argument that he should be let go early.  But now the problem is who should replace Mourinho, and will that person of interest would even want to manage United?

yes that is the problem, who should replace him? almost every great manager have a club.
I think the only choice is Ryan Giggs, I'm sure if he get a chance, he will never refuse that chance.
Ryan Giggs loves Manchester United, and the manchester united fans loves him.
