Manchester united celebrated like they have won a big game while in fact it is not. Manchester city doest even use their main player for this match and only 1 goal for this kind of game is actually a bad performance and mourinho will need to evaluate his strategy or else they wont really make it

yeah, Man United should won the game with more goals since their squad was better than Man City. Well glad to see Carrick playing again on this match, I hope he will get more chance to play in next matches especially Premier League.

Lol at some of the comments in the thread. Man United should have scored more goals considering that Man City deployed mostly their B team. But it's good to see them win and they could use it as a stepping stone and hopefully they get back on track. I'd honestly like both Manchester clubs to be in the top 4 at the end of the season. But it's a long battle ahead still.

I told that this match is unpredictable like that happened. all people thought Man City will win this match, but the result was changed now, Man United won the match by 1 - 0. This result really gave big confidence to Man United team players. And welcome back win to Man United team. I think in coming match they will play more confidence and they will win some more games. Yup, this game result is unexpected. I placed my bet after finish first half I thought this match would end with no goals. So I placed my bet 0-0 but the 54th minute I got shocked. The Man United scored 1 goal. It's my bad luck, and Man United good luck.

i am not surprising west ham won the match , chelsea play without hazard and costa
they are out from EFL no problem as long as they on top of premier league table.

Yeah, they use their best starting XI today compared to Manchester City who use more reserve players. I thought Mou will not use this starting XI, but I was wrong. As a result, they are now leading with 1 goal and dominating the game.

After a humiliated loss against Chelsea this time Manchester United have to play with full force even though it's a cup match. Jose Mourinho may have a lot of credits but I see he's trying too hard and not getting any results. They broke records in transfer window so fans expected to watch a better play from the team. Guardiola also didn't win 5 matches in a row, maybe we see a draw and additional times? I prefer Under 2.5 goals for this game.

A lose will be a bad result for both sides, both teams were not so good in the last some matches. A lose for MU might give more pressure for Mourinho, fans will start to hate him if he cant win this match. Indeed it is only a League Cup, but if Mou can give this trophy to fans then it will be a good start for him as a manager.
