By spending hundred millions, actually Chelsea is good enough, which they have won Premier League, FA Cup, Capital One Cup, Champions League, and Europa League. Its not fair to judge Chelsea for just last season only, and no one could assure that Leicester will show their magic again. Instead of Leicester, Atletico and Dortmund are better example when it comes to team that spent less money with consistently performance. But yeah, since it's Premier League thread, Leicester is the only team that suitable with the term.

True. But Steve Walsh, the person responsible for the successful acquisitions might be leaving Leicester and will be going to Everton to work with Ronald Koeman. On the topic of spending less money but getting better results, I was hoping Liverpool would be that club under Klopp in his first summer transfer window with them. But it isn't so with the Sadio Mane transfer. Lol.

That's an unfair statement for the people who live in West London who breath, eat and live Chelsea. Those people revolves around their club and are willing to fight for it no matter what. Chelsea has real fans thru think and thin whatever may happen.

i think chelsea fans wouldnt have high hopes for next season because when you see the other teams that they are already on the right track and chelsea still fouling around their mane objective will be getting a spot in the championsleague

Chelsea fans wants a trophy and they do not care about whatever achievement the coach made unless the coach is able to give them atleast 1 trophy. Sadly this is what a biased fans would think of and this thing is achieved by throwing large amount of money to the club so it cant be helped of course

i think that was not chelsea playing as some major players still on vacation and Conte still not fimiliar with the players and team and he needs more time and preparation and i belleive his goal for next year is to be on the top 4 and and maybe he will compete on the league as they dont play in europe

I'm sure Guus Hiddink has been communicating with conte about how the actual club state and look at conte experience it was not a problem to unite teams.

No , Leicester City tactic are different with Chelsea. Leicester play style are like “if they can't win the game , just don't lose the game" . Raneiri have said this many time after they finished a match last season. That's why we always see Leicester play aggressively in 1st half and defensively in 2nd half. They know when they can't beat their opponent , they try their best to not be beaten by their opponent.

He might be able to, chelsea signed kante and now they are moving to get mahrez. With mahrez on the right side and hazard on the left side then they should be hard to be defeated, given that he tried to work on another strategy rather than focusing more on counterattack as he usually uses

According to his track record with both juventus and italy, this strategy works easily because both of those teams have a very solid defender and tough goalkeeper which makes them easily to defend and wait for the right moment to counter
