Guess this was discussed before but only now I saw odds for winning EPL in 2016/17 season at William Hill.
Man City being clear favorite ahead of everyone @ 2.75    I dunno about that, I know Guardiola can be great motivator but maybe they're bit overrated here, are they planning on buying on some big players?

1. Man City 2.75
2. Arsenal 5.50
2. Chelsea 5.50
4. ManUtd 7.00
5. Spurs 8.00
6. Liverpool 10.00
7. lol Leicester 26.00
odds for the previous champion is very high and i'm pretty sure for those who bets for Leicester city will get lot of money if Leicester win again EPL trophy but may be it would not easy to Leicester to be champion 2 times streak and i'm pretty sure the rich teams such Man City or Chelsea won't make mistakes next season

Leicester will probably not win the next premier league again, there has been alot of speculation on the transfer of mahrez to another league and there is an offer coming for vardy and drinkwater as well. If they lost their pillar, they wont be able to win the next premier league again, guaranteed on that

Is there someone who bet Leicester to win on the premier league this season ? I think no one in the world bet it then why bookmakers lost over 50m ?

There are people betting on Leicester City to win EPL 15/16. For example, you can find one such Leicester fan on http://www.thedailynewsonline.com/bdn02/watch-now-hear-from-a-5000-1-odds-bettor-on-leicester-citys-title-20160503 and another one on http://www.cbssports.com/soccer/eye-on-soccer/25578157/a-woman-won-a-5000-to-1-bet-on-leicester-city-made-for-her-as-a-joke.

I just checked the page and the odds for the promoted teams are only 750/1 and 1000/1 lol. The bookie is clearly worried to see another miracle next year and cannot put 5000/1 odds like they did for Leicester. Tongue
bookmakers lost over £50m already in a single season , and they need to recover all lost at least in 1 or 2 years so during the "recover" years i guess the odds for underdog teams will decreased unusually .

it was biggest loss and shock ever in betting history. they don't want it happened consecutively .

If they hadnt put that kind of odds , they could hace won alot of money. I Bet that alot of people must be placing their bet for either chelsea or manchester city to win last season. I know a friend who does put around 3k USD on chelsea to win and he suffered from that silly choices to bet huge on that

They are much more professional than we are, so it's only natural if they make a bet large enough. Because they are already very experienced in doing sports gambling. They also have a lot of friends who serve as a partner to do the decision in a bet. The spirit of Comrade

Why will Mourinho do any better than LVG? Mourinho usually goes into teams that already have a great XI & compete for titles. He will have a lot of work to do at Man Utd. He failed at Chelsea this season, maybe he is past his best now.

LVG he insisted on boring and non efficient soccer style. I am United's fan, but it was really hard to watch them this season. Most of players play withou motivation, and this is a direct result of manager jobs

So its true he got fired and they will bring mourinho
Hope he will do better i didnt like how mnu played this season almost to predictable
yes i was heard that on my media local but not published yet and they says this Tuesday Mourinho will officially be a manager of Man Utd and i think Van gaal has deserve to be sacked because he has spend lot of money but Man Utd has playing with very bad this season

I agree Van gaal got fired, despite having won the FA CUP does not mean anything.
and I think competition Premier League next season will be more interesting, with some coaches like Mourinho, pep guardiola and Klopp.

But still it's better than not having a single trophy for this season. I don't know is Van Gaal will coach Manchester United again on the next season or not, but i hope new coaoch will come.

van gaal been fired and it's clearly not going to coach again manchester united and manchester united today has the arrival of new coach for next season that Mourinho

Both crystal palace and manchester united actually are deserve to win this FA cup trophy, it's proven in the game both teams have same desire to win a title by played very well but manchester united have more experience play in final than crystal palace well done LVG for your last season.

United definitely has no experience in the final as they were both on the same ground. Manchester united has better player and that was their only advantage and yet they cant even score any goals before crystal palace scored 1. Lingard's goal was a lucky goal as well so  wouldnt say that manchester united has all the upper hand

lol you think how many times crystal palace could reach final? compare it to manchester united and i call it as experience , if you a football player you could feel the different atmosphere when you play in final , you would feel nervous if you haven't experience yet  play in final .

If they open a bet for 2nd place I may play for Arsenal. They always be in second position, regardless of opponents. Cheesy
I hope this season Wenger buy better players and compete for championship for real.

Perhaps they would, all I do know about pep is that he needs many great players in the team and the current setup of the team player will not be enough for him. This will be a great batte for pep and mourinho once again, the odds for manchester united to win is actually quite good and tempting

taking a quote, why do people still believe with mourinho? when he badly in chelsea? I think they are bad at chelsea because it has internal problems, so it will be useless, when the field is not in accordance with the strategy of the coach. I'm sure Mourinho will take revenge with Chelsea, because I know Mourinho is a great coach.

I agree with you. Mourinho doing bad in Chelsea had nothing to do with his coaching abilities. There were internal problems, and no coach can survive that. People can argue that, internal problems are quite frequent with Mourinho, and that is true, but normally when everything goes well in terms of team relations, he does a really good job because he is no doubt a great coach. I think he will do well in United, I'm glad he is there.

Time will tell wether he is able to bring back glory for manchester united or not however in the meantime , I wish to see what player will he be bringing onto old trafford. It could be willian because he has a close relationship with willian and willian is a great midfielder that is a good addition for the team

I agree Van gaal got fired, despite having won the FA CUP does not mean anything.
and I think competition Premier League next season will be more interesting, with some coaches like Mourinho, pep guardiola and Klopp.
I don't think Mourinho will make Premier League become more interesting with his negative football philosophy. Chelsea squad are better than MU on this season, and he was failed with Chelsea. I dont have any idea why people being very optimistic on him, and I guess he will bring few expensive players like van Gaal did.
I agree with you, why do people still believe mourinho, when they have done a bad trip when with chelsea.

I think the decision of changing the coach was taken six moths back itself , it was the contract which got finished after this FA Cup Final. So i think they cannot change the decision now. Let us see what will be the result of the team with the new coach.

Best of luck to the New Coach.
