I see there is a discussion about the next managers to a few top clubs. Man. Utd. seems to have a plan with OGS and rejuvenation of the team. They have a good excuse about bad results, and no one is to blame, it's a transition. But I am not surprised if they have a deal with Poch or Alegri for next season. Chelsea with Lampard doing the same thing and his transition looks fine. For now. Even of that, Lampard can be sure for his job, it's Chelsea, they love to sack managers. You are not safe even you won the Europa League and finish on top 4. I am not sure why reputed managers still want to go there, probably because of money. I do not expect Pochetino to accept Chelsea if they try to hire them. Arsenal is in the worst position. Maybe they will try a solution with his ex-players (not Ljungberg, even if I like this guy) Patrick Vieira seems like a real option, they doing a great job in Ligue 1.

Any tips for today match? I am thinking for going on Chelsea and Liverpool to win. I am kinda confident on Liverpool win against Bournemouth but still doubt Chelsea's win. What do you guys think on BTTS in Chelsea vs Everton. Everton are also kinda scoring decent plus on the other hand Chelsea's defence is not kinda well but last match they almost holded Aston Villa.

What do you say guys?

Liverpool will lose points, but not today I think. It can be hard, Bournemouth knows to play well against a big club.
Everton is in a big crisis, nevertheless, they give a hard resistance to Leicester and loose in the last minute. Also, they score two goals against Liverpool which have one of the best defence lines in the league. Easy can be drawn but I'm picked Chelsea win, just because I think Everton haven't the winning spirit.

It seems next year you will have Allegri on Premier League, but where?

United?

I think that we are going to be surprised and see him joining Chelsea next season.
The new era in the Blues might come from the Italian manager.
I think Lampard did a good job at Chelsea. try to imagine with the current Chelsea squad the majority are young players under Lampard instructions are playing pretty well at least compared to United. and see they are in the big four now. so, in my opinion, Lampard will be given a chance at least until the penalty received by Chelsea regarding the player's transfer ban ends

Please no more Italian Manager is needed at Chelsea beside, just as @Red_Evil mentioned, we're satisfied with Lampard performance although there's still a lot of work needed to be done at the defence and also improvement on the boys so they can comfortably win games against the top clubs and not just win against lesser teams. The difference between Chelsea and united this season is, united turn up in big games (Rashford goes into beast mode) but Chelsea only wins (comfortably) against the team you expect them to win (Abraham shines).

The very moment Chelsea fix their defence, start winning games against the big boys, they immediately become title contenders since their attacking force aren't shy of goals.

Lampard is doing his best with the current material he holds at his hands. But Chelsea doesn't belong to 3rd-4th place. And Lampard doesn't have the experience to lead Chelsea to a Premier League title. Conte was very good at Chelsea and Alegri might have a similar lead if he joins the team.

I salute to Lampard because they play young players well in 4th position which is the best thing there are no popular players but thanks to his looks when playing young players Lampard is able to aim his best in strategy.
yeah and moreover the majority of the young players came from the Chelsea academy itself and now they are English national team players too. so in my opinion, if Abramovich replacing Lampard with Allegri is a bad decision. I don't know until when the Chelsea transfer ban ends, maybe anyone knows?

I think Liverpool will have no problem winning against Bournemouth.
Home team is missing or have eight players questionable for todays match.
H2H Liverpol won all last 4 games with clean sheet and 3 or 4 goals scored.

5-2 against Everton and will likely win again easily with Bournemouth in my opinion the goal cannot be confirmed but the victory for Liverpool will still occur.
Maybe Week 19 Liverpool will face a formidable team, Leicester.

Arsenal are in deep trouble at the moment after losing 1-2 to Brighton & Hove Albion FC, and Brighton & Hove Albion FC are even playing much better than Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium. I think the next new manager who is going to take charge of Arsenal will have a lot of problem to fix, but Arsenal does have a lot of good potential players playing in the team too, so if the next new manager appointed could get the players to coordinate well together in the field and build up the teamwork slowly, I think Arsenal might still be able to compete for a spot to qualify for the Uefa Europa League next season.

For now, the top title contenders include (in no particular order) :
Manchester City
Liverpool
Leicester City

For Europa league, we've the likes of Chelsea, Tottenham, Manchester United, Wolves and Crystal palace all vying for a spot.  So it'll be a lot more difficult for them to compete.

But this is football and it's round. Let's see how it goes. Arsenal may just pick form.

Now time is not with Arsenal they need to work for some long term basis if they want because after this last defeat moral is down and new manager need some good time to coordinate with players and fix problems but first thing is who is coming because few already refuses this job and no one kknow about who is going to managing Arsenal for rest of season and long term basis.

Arsenal lost again yesterday. It seems the media in UK is right, they don’t know how to win.I think they also lost last year against Brighton but not at home. This time is even worse, again losing at home.I was hoping for a week without surprises in the Premier League but this seems impossible, every week some unexpected result happens there.

Who would you say should be lined up as their next manager? Do you think there is a good fit out there?

It's a shame I think what happened to arsenal a few days ago. They lost at home to Brighton. I think crisis is the right word for them now. If they lose again this week, then get ready they will dive into the relegation zone. Although they can get up, if management does not move quickly to take a new coach, they will really have difficulty getting out of the zone later.
When they sacked emery whether they think of a replacement, it's true that if they don't immediately look for a new coach they will dive down in the standings board. I think Mauricio Pochettino will fit with arsenal play style and he had Experience in EPL also Regular training of young players. At this time arsenal not only requires a new coach, they also need a coach who is able to encourage the spirit of the player after playing many previous match without the maximum points.

It is not always easy to pick the right transfers, I know these big teams have more money than small teams combined but they could still feel like they are getting a great deal with a great player for the future and turn out to be wrong. Remember when Barcelona spent insane amount of money for Neymar? Do you think Neymar is a bad player? He wasn't even a bad player and he was playing awesome but they just didn't work in the chemistry sense and he was sold to PSG. So, Pepe may not worked out the way it was hoped but this is football, sometimes you don't get what you thought you were getting, it happens.

I also think that finding a proper coach for premier league is more difficult than people think, teams usually have rosters that are already done and just give it to manager to lead, normally in other leagues there are managers who build their own teams with transfers.

LOL, there are two PE Teachers now in EPL: Ole & Ljungberg. Ole was (or still is) a shit manager before appointed as Man Utd manager, and Ljungberg was an assistant manager of Unai Emery. These two should not handle such a big club. It's rather absurd actually since a great player isn't always a good manager material.

The rebuilding process could take a long time, perhaps 5-10 years before they can actually challenge for a title.

Europa League isn’t what Arsenal want or need though. They need CL football to grow & develop. Top players don’t want to play EL football so how do they improve?

They should go all out to try & win the EL this season because winning it means entry to the CL next season.

There is no difference between Emery and Freddie,  I don't know why Freddie decided to start Willock that was awful in our last game,  when we have club record signing Pepe on bench,  won't be surprise if he is sacked early enough
Two things:
  • Ljungberg likes his playing style from their time in under-23's side.
  • Pepe's performances aren't that good either.

Next month is very important for few clubs like Arsenal if they want to stay in top of league as they are going down very badly and clueless against very weak teams like Brighton Management need to think what they want to do and how this will happen because Arsenal is full of resources and can do too many changes as they want.
I think the better line would be to "stay in the premier league". I'm predicting Arsenal to be in the relegation zone after their next 6 league games. Having a lot of resources means nothing when you don't know how to use it properly...

Did anyone watch the Arsenal vs Brighton? What a game! Brighton could've easily scored at least two more...The fact that the MOTM was Mooy, even though the likes of Auba, Lacazette, Ozil, etc, were playing tonight, says it all hahaha..  #LjungbergOut  Grin
I did and honestly think that Leno [if it wasn't for him, the scoreline would've been a disaster for Arsenal] deserved that instead of Mooy.

Pepe is a real waste. Arsenal should have thought for going on for someone else.
They were looking into Wilfried Zaha for the exact same price but instead chose to go with someone that it wasn't a proven one in the league [SMH].
