Leicester City will be facing Crystal Palace at this weekend, Crystal Palace have been performing extremely well for a team that is fighting in the relegation zone, they have managed to extend their unbeatable streak to 6 games in a row, and they need to continue to perform well as a team to fight for survival in the English Premier League.

We are almost mid-season in the Premier League and some verdicts seem to me already decided:

-Manchester City(49 points) will win the Premier League. Manchester City will make many records this year.
-Manchester United(38)  and Chelsea (35) will easily qualify in the Champion's League because they have more continuity in the results than the other teams.
-Arsenal(30),Tottenham(31) and Liverpool(31), discontinuous in the results, almost certainly will play the last place useful for the qualification to the next champion's league
-Burnley (31; excellent defense) and Leicester (26; Mahrez and Vardy are back those of 2 years ago) possible surprises: they will hardly reach the 4th place but can qualify in the Europa League

iam agree youre statement, manchester city is easy win in premiere league this season, unstopable, play away meet rival and another strong candidate manchester united, and derby manchester, the citizen win
so another team can't stop manchester city win EPL this season
With a great distance away from its competitors it is clear that Manchester City is the strongest candidate to become the Premier League champions this season. In addition, the performance of the game from Manchester City is always consistent in every game is no longer possible to be overtaken by its competitors.

Now I'm sure Manchester City will be the Premier League champions this season. But I want a tighter competition this season, so I want to see Manchester City collapse in the remaining games. A champion with a long distance point does not give me any excitement, so I hope Manchester United, Chelsea, Liverpool can get a chance to cut the distance as close as possible.

Like you said, we're just mid-season, you can't rule out the other teams like Man United or Chelsea just because Pep's team is having a great season start and the other club are being shite. No team in the world can manage to keep the same performance throughout a whole season (players aren't robots, they get tired) there'll be injuries, red cards, bad calls from the ref, and naturally, Manchester City will not be the same team as the start of the season.

Honestly, it's very difficult to predict what's going to happen in the Premier League, especially in December, so I wouldn't say the premier league is over. Obviously, the big teams will qualify to the european champioships, we can be certain of that because that's how it is all the time, but other than that, to say that Manchester City will win the league so early in the season, i don't know, that's the type of things you hear from someone who just started watching football last week.
Pep was leading the table last season as well until things started to go very wrong for him and he has been very lucky not to get any serious injuries to his star players, with players like De Bruyne and Silva gets injured it may be the end of their season.

The Citizens have the title in the bag. Unless something very unexpected happens which is very unlikely but who knows. Pep Guardiola is breaking longest winning streaks while Mourinho is breaking...... chalks on the tactical board  Grin
Jose Mourinho says that he would currently be on holidays if he believed that the title race is over but at the moment, the title is Manchester City's to lose that is if they are able to keep up their recent performances if they do then without a doubt, there is nothing that can stop them but its still too early.

usually the champion will determined after March for every season and Manchester City still have hard schedules this month through boxing day games but  if i'm not mistaken that unbeaten records still belong to Arsenal with 49 times undefeated but indeed Manchester City had good chance to equal Arsenal record but only if they can maintain their performance untill next season but it won't be so easy to do so

manchester city performance very perfect, always win in last 15 match
and last night play away in swansea win again with score 4-0, and david silva create 2 goal
This is a very fantastic thing of course, manchester city shows a positive trend. They are on the right track to win the EPL title this season. But the game still leaves a lot of action, I think manchester united and chelsea still have a chance to be able to compete with manchester city. This year will prove who the best team in England this year. Every game will be an important game because defeat and victory can get every team away or get closer to the English league title this season. It's been a tough season, but as usual boxing day at the end of 2017 will show all the people who the team will put pressure on to champion.

Too many clear favorites today so no value odds for me to take. On days like this usually at least two favorites have to have a bad day so I am tipping on some surprises. It is a long shot and contrary to everything we saw this season, but Man City have to lose points somewhere and I am thinking it could be today. So I'll back Swansea not to lose today (or maybe straight draw) for beer money and bragging rights in case I got it correct.

I correctly predicted that at least one of the heavy favorites will have a bad day, but I missed the game completely Smiley City continued their run while Liverpool slipped once again.

Games look easy on paper tonight but some games am certain of winning
Swansea vs Manchester City- Manchester City to win

Liverpool vs West Brom- Liverpool to win

Manchester United vs Bournemouth- Manchester United  to win

Tottenham vs Brighton- Tottenham to win
Then Westham will be facing arsenal which i think will be a tough match as the hammers are pumped after beating Chelsea, my guts tell me the hammers can secure a point tonight as they have the home advantage

I don't think the first three matches you picked will have any problems, but as I mentioned above Arsenal likely will, though I hope I'm wrong because I've backed them in an accumulator. I did back my self up with the west ham draw and even win, though he he. Arsenal are all over the place recently and so are West Ham so it's a completely unpredictable game.

Well I guess I was wrong about Liverpool. Klopp should be doing much better than this, especially against West Brom and at Anfield smh.

My parlay didn't work out either way, Liverpool couldn't put in a single goal and Arsenal were equally toothless. Will I never learn my lesson? Wink

I wouldn't have backed Arsenal away in their current form, but they really shouldn't be having any problems against teams like West Ham even away.

Another draw for Liverpool, I didn't watch the game but apparently there was bad call from the ref near the end (a handball)? honestly, instead of getting angry Liverpool fans should worried that the team is so inconsistent, they are now the second team in the league with the most draws (7).

And West Ham managed to get a win from Chelsea last weekend, and a draw against Arsenal today. All the credit to Moyes.

Indeed, a very frustrating game, even more so than the Everton one on Sunday. Yes, it should have been a goal, but the referee had every right to retract his decision (he first pointed to the centre circle before the linesman flagged for handball), as the rules of the game stand at his discretion.

Liverpool shouldn't be angry, I agree, should just focus on how to get themselves back on form and to keep it. That's the problem with rotation, IMO. You get the players' juices flowing, get them to gel, and if you mess with that every couple of games, it of course throws things out of whack.

My parlay didn't work out either way, Liverpool couldn't put in a single goal and Arsenal were equally toothless. Will I never learn my lesson? Wink

Sooooo Mourinho probably gave some pep talk to his players and they are due a big win tonight right?  Grin

I'm pretty sure he did.  Lol.  He can't risk himself being thrown a milk carton again.  Grin

But seriously, the derby would have been a lot better with Pogba around.  I hope the meet again in the FA Cup, League Cup or the CL before the reverse fixture.  Mou would be wanting revenge.  Let's see what he does next time.  Hopefully all out and attacking.  We he' capable of it.

That was a clear handball from Solanke so there's nothing to be doubted, the ball clearly touching the solanke hand and the active solanke hand. Liverpool should not regret that goal on the thread, blame themselves for not being able to score more goals. Liverpool is known for his great attacking Lii, but can not score many goals against WBA, embarrassing.

Burnley with the late goal yesterday brought me back to a win. Underdog pick for today, Swansea +1.5 @2.20 they're at the bottom of the table right now but they're ranked at 6th in defense giving up at least 1 goal per game on average. Man City's results this past few weeks ends on a 2-1 scoreline. I see Man City winning this by not more than 1 goal.

Yeah, I've been predicting Burnley wins for a long time now in our separate pool, so been getting regular 10 and 40 points for them every time they manage a surprise. They're bound to wilt along the way (unless they do another repeat Leicester, hahaha) but they're full value for a win as long as they meet anyone below the Top 6.

I'm actually also backing Swansea to upset Man City, I really don't want them to set the record for 15th straight wins in the EPL! Whatever the results, though, expect over 2.5 goals. Hope I'm wrong.

My only bet for tonight is a parlay: Liverpool over 3 goals at 1.72x and an Arsenal ML at 1.67 for a total return of 2.85. Won't mind if I lose, as long as the Reds can keep up their pressure until they meet the table toppers again.
Burnley have been showing a lot of great performance recently they now tied in points with Tottenham in 4rth spot and 1 point ahead of Arsenal whom dropped to 7th spot now . I think that what makes Burnley strong is their defense the team conceded 12 goals one more then both Manchester clubs so I don't think that Kean was the star at their back four because he is not doing well in Everton , the toffees conceded a lot of goals this season but The are showing some improvement and now they are little bit away from danger zone with help of big Sam . Also Leicester City are showing some of their strength that made them win the league in 15/16 season and they could be aiming for a European spot as top four only 5 points away.

I am amazed at the performance of the Liverpool game this season when in the last season they played very impressive so they can qualify for UCL this season. What is their hectic schedule when they enter UCL this season so their performance cannot be consistent in every game? I do not think that's an excuse because all the teams from the Premier League following UCL this season are experiencing the same thing.
