BREAKING NEWS - Claudio Ranieri was fired today!

http://www.bbc.com/sport/football/39070927

Typical human nature. How it changes in just one year. The man made history which might never happen for them again. Got coach of the year. Still couldn't keep his job for 1 more season. Now they want title every season. There would have been a chance on return leg but now its almost impossible. New coach will need time and 2-3 week will not cut it. Their chances of getting relegated also increased. Whats the point of sacking him now? You cant win anything for sure but you did increase the odds of failure. This greedy and stupid decision will cost them bad.

It was a hard decision for the LCFC board or whoever makes the decision in the club.  Actually I think they should have made the decision to give him the sack earlier (around December) to save the club's chances for survival.

And it wasn't a greedy decision, it was a logical one.  The bleeding has to stop.  But yeah, I would have preferred loyalty and would have loved to see Ranieri finish the season thru, with them surviving or not.  But the thing is Ranieri might have alienated some players.  The dressing room this season is so unlike the one last year.  The players aren't willing to fight for him anymore.  In fact it was them who asked for his sacking.  Blame the players more than the club executives.

Chelsea - Swansea: There is no doubt, this will be an easy victory for chelsea

Everton - Sunderland: the same as chelsea, everton will also win this match easily at home

West Brom - Bournemouth: Bournemouth has never won in the last 5 match and 3 times get defeat streak. While the West Brom have a good form and they will win this match at home

good odds for all in, around @3.35

BREAKING NEWS - Claudio Ranieri was fired today!

http://www.bbc.com/sport/football/39070927

What a sad story though. He bring Leicester City to become the champion of premier league once, but yeah, this year is not the year for Leicester City. Their performance is really bad, even at their home too. Even Jose mourinho defends Ranieri by blaming Leicester City players, not the coach itself.

I also think this is entirely not one Ranieri he did not get the players there even the best manager in the world can not do much with the composition of such players. the best way is Ranieri must get out of Leicester city and find a new club.

Chelsea vs Swansea , i will bet for Chelsea to win in this game .
Crystal Palace vs Middlesbrough , i will bet for Under 3.5 Goals .
Everton vs Sunderland , i will bet for Over 1.5 Goals .
Hull City vs Burnley , i will bet for Under 3.5 Goals .
I don't see Chelsea will get the problem to win this match look like Chelsea will win with easy nothing to worry, Chelsea now is in stable performance. Chelsea needs to still win all the match, a draw isn't good because of Machester City now uptrend so Chelsea needs to securing their position.

Swansea have been hard nuts to crack and have been unbeaten in their last 3 meetings with Chelsea. They however have a horrible record against Chelsea in the Premier League. My call will be Chelsea winning this 3-1.

Well... could be an interesting weekend of fixtures... there are some relatively tricky match ups!

The only real gimme is Chelsea v. Swansea... and that is reflected in the fairly poor 1.257 odds on offer Tongue I would probably take Spurs over Stoke @1.431 and even throw in my beloved (but terribly inconsistent) Liverpool to beat Leicester @1.639...

3way Parlay with a payout of 2.948... we'll see how we go Wink

swansea have a quite good record when play against chelsea ,
you can place bet on swansea or draw for the sake of fun if you want , it has good odds rather than chelsea moneyline ,
liverpool have a very good odds offered , i may will go allin on this match ,
leicester so far not yet scored a single goal in league since new year but the manager has been sacked so they might score this time, how about both teams to score too.

Leicester City were never really THAT good... they had a lucky season where the top teams were all struggling for consistency and they took their opportunity to become unlikely winners. This season is just showing that they don't have the depth or quality of players to maintain a position at the top of the EPL.

It reminds of Blackburn Rovers of the early 90's who won the title in 94-95... and then finished 20 points off 1st place the following year.

Atleast they won the league and thats what important, their name have been written down on history . Although they were lucky however I wont deny that they were good last season, it just seems that losing few of their players really made a huge impact for the team and they cant perform well anymore
I don't think it's fair to say they were lucky to get the most points from 38 games with a league with 19 more teams, alot of hard work goes into that. The only notable player that they lost is Kanté, it's surprisingly how much of an impact the absence of one player makes

It is really bad decision from Leicester management, I think this is not the right time for such decision, anyway, I liked how Mourinho has commented on this event.
He commented: "Champion of England and FIFA manager of the year. Sacked. That's the new football. Keep smiling amico. Nobody can delete the history you wrote."

Finally Mourinho said something intelligent. The problem with Leicester was not the coach, it was the players. Last year they wanted to win, but this year, they have lost their fighting spirit. And firing him now is very weird, since its match against Sevilla was a success. They would need only to win 1-0 at home to be qualified.

It's more Ranieri's fault than the players'.  He changed how they played from last season and was trying to play a bit more possesion based football.  Last season they didn't care if they had less of the ball.  But their counter attacks were quick, aggro and effective.

Anyway I think Hull will survive, and Leicester will be relegated.  Betting on Hull tomorrow to win vs Burnley, ML at 2.18.

Burnley has been very weak playing away and Hull is in a threat of being relegated, so they'll be playing their hearts out.  And the latter has been playing better than usual lately.

congratulations to Mourinho for Ranieri's message.
He is absolutely right. you can not send away so "the LEGEND".
Ranieri decided to stay instead of going to a top club.
He wanted to stay for many years to leicester and instead they sent him away like an ordinary person.
Unfortunately in today's football is no more gratitude. I think the leicester deserves at this point to go back in Championship, not for his fans but for those in power.

BREAKING NEWS - Claudio Ranieri was fired today!

http://www.bbc.com/sport/football/39070927
I saw this news, I just thinking the owner of Leicester want to save His club from relegation, they think the best option is to replace the coach and hope get good result after that, nothing special this is always happen in all club, when the owner see the coach didn't bring a good result for the club they need to replace the coach, even the previous coach giving the thropy for the club but when the situation getting worse the owner need to rescue the club.

Ranieri fired? It's a bit of a surprise to me. It was about to happen at some point but hey, he did a miracle last year, he made history, something will stay forever in the logs. I mean come on, they could have wait after the game with Sevilla! They still have a chance to pass.
I don't get it.  Roll Eyes Either way, good luck Mr. Claudio.

Ranieri  contributions continued to decline in Leicester city so the club should take action even though it had to fire the manager who contributed to last season. Let's see what they can do with the new manager at least for relegation.

Complete and utter bonkers. Why O why would sack him when he is nearly through to the next stage and not to mention they are still in the league. No loyalty in football these days. Meanwhile Wenger is sitll in a job.
