yeah it's an expected results because united are very strong at Old Trafford and even when they are playing with their second squad they have much class players Mourinho didn't risk it and played with many players from the Academy only Fosu-Mensah is the keast Experienced plzyers and let's be Honest Wigan is not that big team anymore as they are a candidate for Relegation from the Champions this season so going up in the Cup Competition wouldn't help them avoiding Relegation.
It is certainly an expected result but Wigan played really well and showed some aggressiveness in the first half .Anthony Martial played really well in this match in the left wing and i think he will be playing in the starting eleven in their next match against Hull City next week.

I agree with you. Just the other day, Mourinho said that he is not keen on winning any trophy this season but building a credible team. I am very sure that he will overhaul his team and only leave a dependable striker and defender. These might give Wigan a leeway because they will field their best.
