When TRUMP going to Bittrex or Poloniex ?
Unless Donald Trump personally endorses this coin, it won't make it to trex or polo due to legal issues involved. We all know trump loves to sue people and he values his name/brand, which he has spent years developing, too much to let others use and profit from it without his permission.

Trump has a very large company employing thousands of people. Protecting his company and employees is paramount to him. He doesn’t indiscriminately sue people.
Only people who are sued are those involved in a business deal who try and do a number on him, or get out of the deal. Bittrex wont list the coin but you shouldn’t
be so sure of the motivations. It takes only one anti Trump guy to put a spanner in the works. Polo have never gotten back to me (yet)
If Trump was so keen to sue there are a lot of merchandising companies out there using his name/brand. Theres also a company producing actual gold and silver
coins with Trumps image on them. He hasnt sued any of them.
Thing is, Trump licences said companies to use his name and gets a share of the profits. As for motivations for bigger exchanges to list this coin, its quite simple, as long as there's even a slight possibility of a lawsuit involving millions of dollars, the risks far outweigh the rewards for them.

Or you can tell him 2 per cent of total of the Trumps coin to fund his campaign to be President of the USA, I think he will like that more and will make a better purpose for this coin

That company is way more in danger of being sued than this coin ever will be.
They are an actual for profit company with sales operations. They CAN be sued.
Trumpcoin is developed by a loosely organized group of enthusiasts and is not a product, it's a currency. It's not made for profit, its made for the hobby/enthusiasm/ etc. Especially since now Trump is running he can double as a public figure and not just a brand.
As far as I know, the answer is "not really" for Trumpcoin. (Even though I'm no legal expert)

Not true. He could sue if it was a product, sure. But this is technically not a product (currency =/= product) and could certainly be argued in a court of law. Hell, it could be argued that this is protected under free speech and is a form of expression. Especially since the creators and devs themselves have NOT set up any kind of organization behind it, there is no company, just developers and enthusiasts.
If there was a company behind it, especially "for profit" then yes a legal case for a lawsuit would be strong. But this is just a bunch of enthusiasts loosely organized with no company and no sales operations.
I don't think a lawsuit would be very likely.
