Is there a date/timeframe that the developers feel would be a 'true' kick off date that all investors and promoters of Trumpcoin should hit the forums/online and let the masses know this is available? Obviously we don't want it to be halfbaked and unfinished which may discourage and confuse newcomers.

If you're using the datadir startup option then you can still do this on the same machine.
You can't run both wallets at the same time, but you should be able to do what you're describing by switching between the two.

I hope so, because there are plenty of traders on Polo and Trex, who wouldn't dare trade on yobit or C-CEX. Also Bter would be nice also, they have plenty of wealthy Chinese traders. I remember I was in a coin once (I think it was Androids Tokens, not 100% sure.). It was trading around 2 or 3 sats at Crypsty. But we were able to get it on Bter and it went something crazy like 400 sats. LOL
