So far only bitcoin price alert is available on google. Search bitcoin widget. There is an app that has price charts of different altcoins in playstore but it has no alert option. You need to check for yourself.
Andriod bitcoin ticker widget is what I use.
i'm also using bitcoin checker on my android, and our local exchanger's app it's prety cool but i'm very like the the our local excanger's have when the price going up or down it noticed me, so helping to watch out the price
Try Blockfolio, you can set up price alerts, check charts, book, your positions, pretty good app to follow your crypto portfolio.
I use Crypto Prices All-in One, you can add a lot of altcoins from various exchanges and the prices are pretty accurate.
It doesn't take up too much memory, which is a plus for me.
I'm using it on Android, but there might also be an iOS version available.

for android i personally use the coinbase app that have a price alert.

There is no good and accurate app for XRP I meant to say.
I've used an app called Bitcoin Paranoid that works quite well. It sure keeps you updated about the price and makes it easy to be constantly updated. Works fine for Android.
I´m using the same App, i can confirm that Works pretty good, really useful to have the widget on your screen.
dont forget to use a currency conversion too, if you like to check the Price in your own currency.
