I dont see it rising because people are cashing out there alts for btc and the prices of most altcoins are decreasing everyday.

I do hope that it will have a positive effect. Qtum is one of the "best" losers. I remember the time when it was offered for over 80 dollars, and what do we see now? The project is good and I believe in it, however.

Qtum is at its best time to buy now if you believe on this project.
This is still considered a huge project, we can tell by looking at their volume now which is over $100 millon.

This news has no effect, at least for the price as it's still cheap now, maybe its time will come as Bitcoin pushes more uptrend movement.
What a steal if QTUM will moon again and break its ATH, price of ATH was $103, while current price is only $2.41.

Positive information is always good, I am not only a national specific project, But also for the entire cryptocurrency market as a whole. But in relation to this project, one should expect only real changes in the cryptocurrency market.

I agree, we are not living in the past, this type of news does not easily create some hype anymore.

Qtum remains to be one of the major coins in the market, so it's going to increase, provided bitcoin will continue on its way now.
Most coins are actually undervalue, that includes Qtum.

Well maybe OP is trying to talk based on what have been happening in the Crypto space, there are lot of coins that created partnership this year with top companies and we saw a rise in their price when it happened, so if they actually partnered with Google, then we would definitely see a moon in price, as traders it is good to take advantage of events and make profit for yourself within a short period of time, instead of asking if there would be a moon or not.

thats right, not all the news will bring the project growing hard in fast mode
sometimes a project will growth in slowly but surely,, even a big news coming

That is just an indication the price will up but we can't make sure the price will up. The movement price just depend market condition and we are in the bear market for long time. Some investors just will see the negative informastion and then they will change their strategy to safe their investment. Compared with they get the positive information then they will look at the market first to do something. If the information really change the market condition then they will buy the coin and keep paying attention to the price movement because if they leave it they will find a loss. Usually, the information like that just will give an affect for a momment and after that the price coin will fall again.

At least that gives 10 percent increase to the price of qtum. But this should be on the speculation section because you are talking about the impact that will happen caused by the partnership of qtum with the google cloud.
