Affirmative, really it is so low for some altcoins that have potentials, take RELI for example. Basically it is on IDO price and with an AAVE like defi for multichain . Definitely will gain traction in the long haul.
That is true now that we are still having a bearish momentum and we are having plenty of dips as of the moment, I think that it is the good time for us to buy and accumulate cryptos especially altcoins such as BNB, ADA, UNI, DOT and XRP.
For now, the best altcoin options to me are Ethereum (ETH), Binance Coin (BNB) and Polkadot (DOT). After the market starts recovering, I believe that these coins will break records and make people a lot of money. All of these are promising projects.
And I would stay away from shitcoins such as Dogecoin like plague.
There will still be a lot of people investing to Dogecoin and I think that will be an unstoppable decision for most of those investors. The hope that pushes them is because of the ATH that it made and with the tweets of Elon but it is no longer a thing today.These investors should learn the importance of making their own decision how to invest in the crypto market and relying on someone's thought shouldn't be their strategy.
Yes all altcoin dumped about 50%, but we have to analysis first the price of BTC because its price will make impact to all altcoin. After 1 month more sideaway, I think this duration is enough for big investors doing accumulation and soon we will see the price will rebound. And we will see another bullish for altcoin too. I still bullish on XRP, and competitor of ETH like AVAX and SOL, also I bought INJ, ORN, KNC. All is category of medium to high cap coin. I keep holding all these coins until in the end of this year, and after that to make analysis again what is next trend of market.
If they look promising and profitable, why not? It is an opportunity and can't afford to lose that if we still have the money to risk.

I quite agree with you that this is the right time if you really want to invest in bitcoin,no need to hesitate if invest in bitcoin after all it is the king of cryptocurrency ,
i think we need to choose the right altcoins and maybe we can vote on the top 20 coins and memecoins for me is not a good choice to invest
I believe some good projects with a low price tokens are good to invest with, even for a long term investments. I read about IOTA project and the price even if i think the price is low but i think it is not totally good to invest since not many crypto enthusiasts joins their project and AVALANCHE can be good project however we cannot really know what comes in the future, sometimes it could be great sometimes also not.

From your suggestion I think Avalanche is the most promising coin there, have heard about IOTA its an interesting project but it doesn't seem much promising like Avalanche, I'm not a fan of sushi swap I think pancakeswap is way ahead of every swap at the moment.

Indeed prices dropped by half or more compared to when the market was very bullish during early May, now would be a good to buy those promising altcoins like eth, bnb, near, dot and atom, between them the only coin I'm very bullish about is Near protocol, it's like having eth 2.0 before there was eth 2.0,its very cheap right now, in maybe 5years from now I bet it would be worth more than the current price. I suggest you do split your fund and invest some other coin also. Dont put all of your eggs in one basket. Ethereum price is low and I think it's a good time to accumulate some Ethereum. 1.- ETH
2.- UNI
3.- ADA
4.- BNB
I also see that LTC is shining, because apart from having very nice fees because of how cheap they are, they have a great recovery like the aforementioned altcoins, it is expected that it can reach 335usd again, as shown here:

I talked to my friend a week and few days ago wherein the market was red. I am telling him to buy because the prices are low already but he answered no. I was kinda surprised because if I have money I will probably buy some good coins. He's reason why he will not yet buy is because the market is still bearish. I come up to a conclusion that he is trying to point out not yet buy because if I buy the price will still go down so I must need to wait for the support (support and resistance). Well that is the problem with me. I do not know where exactly to buy and exit the market.

In my opinion this is an opportunity to buy BNB and ETH, because the prices of these two altcoins have decreased slightly, as we know that binance and etherem are altcoins that have very good potential, so these altcoins are favored by investors and traders.
I am seeing good performance in these coins and I am confident that whoever invests now will be able to gain more in a matter of months or possibly 2 years. It is pretty obvious that these coins have been crowd favorites for years now and it will continue to be crowd favorites in years and years to come. Many investors of Ethereum right now were able to profit handsomely with the said crypto and a new generation of buyers will too if they are patient enough to wait.
This is the idiology and mindset that every crypto millionaires and even billionaires have, they don't panic that whenever the market goes down and dump massively but instead they think that its a good time to buy and accumulate more because in that why they will get profit once it pump once again. So hope that every newbie will see and adopt this idea.
