As a long term hodler, the only option for me is to hold. Im not affected with the recent dip happened but instead I buy for additional investment.

I think its simple, if you are holding your coins for long term then hold and set how long you want to keep it and set a target price to sell but then if you're holding for short term wait for the value to increase and you can make profit.

Price increase has been moving forward with some sort of fluctuations, and China new year has pushed the price move forward. Same will sustain throughout the year and make the value of bitcoin grow which takes the entire cryptocurrency grow contributing to the marketcap.

With the current rise in bitcoin prices there may have been a lot of profit with bitcoin purchases at around 80 million, do you still hold or sell them today?
You should HODL your BTC because in my opinion price is going to upper. If you wait a liitle bit more you can get more profit. But i want to ask you question: Where did you get this information?

Well that's a good sign and I believe that bitcoin can go higher this year. Better to HODL your holdings cause this is just a begging of a great year, though this is unsupported details I still believe on bitcoin no matter what, buy more and enjoy greater profit later on.

Why would you sell now that bitcoin is still going up? Sorry, but it makes no sense.
And i bought some bitcoins at $5,900 during the last week, but i am not going to sell them anyways

Looks like its a good selling point since touching above $11K yesterday. And may that what's happening lately as the price pullback to $10K-$18xx range. Well you can blame them, those who bought it at $6K is making good profits since yesterday.

But I prefer to just Hodl. Never crossed my mind to sell at $113xx eventhough I can make gains already. I'm expecting that the price ca go even further. Lets see how it goes but I'm optimistic that $12K can be broken this month.

Holding still is a better decision. Bitcoin is just starting to recover from the crash lately. Investing now will be the best thing to do and to hold, ofcourse. Once its market value fully recovered, bigger profit will be to its users. And if it will be more expensive than before more profit will be earned. So just hold.

But as of this writing, cryptomarkets are bleeding once again but that's alright and i don't think it will fall down deeper again this time. But if it will really go down deeper, i will make it sure that i will not just hodl this time but will also buy the dip.
Price of bitcoin along with the some altcoins has dropped in value to a small extent. This seems to be a minor fluctuation happening between price barriers. With the ongoing market strengthening even after regulations getting implemented on different countries expect the price to continue increasing.

actually its dropping again now.so if your waiting for another growth stop it for a while and think of what is the final decision, but i advice you to hold until we reach the speculation about $30,000 max price, and i guess this all possible because bitcoin will make this real for us.all waiting for the pump to happen

that was more like a short term profit taking by the day traders who were waiting for an opportunity to get out after this current ongoing rise. I wouldn't call that "dropping again" thing. and as you can see price is slowly rising up again. and it is actually healthier to have drops like these, it prevents bubbles from shaping up.

If somebody is sitting on a profit I think they should take one now with at least a part of their investment.  Then they will not lose too much either way and will probably gain.  Difficult to say whether it is up or down from here.  I thought it would go down over this weekend to around 8K.  I was wrong.

Hold, I’m not interested in short term gains, I have my eyes on far bigger prizes & this is from somebody who started buying at $600.

Prices of cryptocurrencies are rising. It is a very good news that the price of bitcoin as well as the  other crptocurrencies are recovering.Bitcoin has passed a very horrible time.It was on a crash during the last month. The price of bitcoin started falling from the end of 2017 and it continue falling upto January. After falling under 6k,the price of bitcoin again now has started rising and has reached at 10k.

I have been holding bitcoin since the end of 2017.I was about to sell them but the price started falling. So,I couldn't do so.I have a target.I hope that the price of bitcoin will rise upto 20k and then I will sell my holden bitcoins. Now,I'm still holding.

I still hold them today. As we can see, we can saw a potential of bitcoin again to hit the highest all time. I believe that bitcoin can still increase more so I choose to hold and wait so I can have a good savings in the future.

I would hold. The ship's steady right now and I think we may be taking a charge at $11k.

Floor is $10k, we're probably not going to go down below that figure for a few weeks. So even if $11k proves too be too strong to go through at the moment, it's just going ot be a small correction. I don't see a major crash coming.

If you need the cash, then sell. Otherwise, if you do have your BTC as an investment, then hold. If it's short term, set yourself a target at around $13-14k to sell. If it's long term, then don't even worry about the price imo.

Yes, of course. but, not a few people who hold and not many people who sell. those who sell Jump to Conclusions, behold now prices continue to slowly rise and this is a boon for those who still hold it. yes, including me. I still hold because I know the price will recover and will go up, we can see now the price is almost penetrate the figure $ 11 k and I have got the advantage if you want to sell. I will continue to hold it until the price penetrates $ 20 k in March later.

I am still holding and will probably be selling some when it reached the $15,000 level...am hoping it can happen within the 1st quarter of this year or before the end of March. Seems to me that we are finally back on the game albeit the rise is gradual and not like the bull it exhibited last year...and this is something healthy in the long run. There are many Bitcoin holders and traders who are very cautious with the way things are happening in Bitcoin and maybe this is just part of the education process for all of us. We should be done with over speculations as it can stretch the market too much. It is good thing not to listen to much to FUDs sources as they are just also speculating on what will happen with Bitcoin. With Bitcoin to have been declared DEAD more than a thousand times, the resurrection must be happening right now.

IMO this is a selling opportunity. If you really feel that you want to be involved in crypto then I would research alt coins and create a diverse portfolio, putting either nothing into bitcoin at all or at most, a very small, speculative position. I don't see why bitcoin warrants the highest market cap in crypto when it has technical shortcomings that have been solved by many other cryptocurrencies. First to market does not mean ultimately coming out on top, as has been proven over and over again.

Yes that's what it says about patience. It was when bitcoin prices dropped a lot of negative-minded people so they sold their bitcoin for a very cheap price. I think it's a huge loss.
And I'll be a little more patient to hold back until the bitcoin price reaches its peak. And congratulations to the people who buy bitcoin in a cheap price.
