I like the concept of automated communication. This will solve a lot of problems for the candidates especially. Once we get to know if we are selected or not we can go for another job. Good project

How is bias removed? If the interviewer knows me i can get help here also.
An unique ID is given so that the interviewer will not know the name and other few details of the candidate. ID is given to candidate and the company.
Avoiding demographic-related information such as the candidate’s race, age, and gender, that may be contributing to an unconscious bias during the hiring process.
