Son of a.... So I've now "found" 1 block and four chains, but no coins to date. Been running about two days now. Blarg. Some people get lucky... some people write blogs.  Tongue
Ouch... On the bright side, your 'time' value is pretty good for 7950.
....wait.

so that means my 290 time for 7950 isn't bad at all?

now i know.

i guess it's better for a 7950 to be mixed with 7970s/280x then?
What CPU are you using with your 7950? I'm running a Celeron G1610, so not exactly fast, though setting -cpuusage 2 helped drop the time from 480 down to 380 or so. Note also that I've been running (with a few restarts of the miner) for a couple days, so my "luck" is looking worse and worse. LOL

athlon x4 620

it's on a mix with 280xs.

and speaking of luck..

4 blocks in less than an hour.
Khm... Looks like a bug. There is no way it can have a block w/o a 10-chain.
Gonna check it right now,

welp, there goes my 4 block.

back to 0.

Nevermind my last post above.

4 blocks in less than an hour.

Really? What is the estimated time you are supposed to create 4 blocks?

Noticed that...skyrocketed to close to 3 cpd with 2 280x cards, something was off.
Does it report it constantly or only spiked to it?

Know issue with the latest build:
- 'Mining time' is "jumping" and not exactly correct. Gonna be fixed in the next build.

Love new version feature of mining time, very nice thank you for easy reporting.   Also with using cpu feature on this version of the server i was able to go from high 300's to about 260's on time on all cards.  Will see how it goes, i like the update.

Been testing found around 2-3 in past 24 hours with 4 280x's.  It's been with old version and dual core intel.  Will try again with new version and report testing.

Any chance I can try it out on my Sony Vaio laptop? I used to click 60 MH/s mining BTC with it in the good old days,
I'd give the software a run for posterity and report the results here.

If I want to test this on only 1 of my 4 cards in my 280x rig, is that possible?
Yep, and you can add licenses to the rest of your cards later if you like.

cgminer lets me specify devices by using -d switch ; does your software let me specify which device to use and leave the rest for scrypt or whatever?
As of now, it won't let you choose which card to mine on, though it will leave others for whatever you want.

How do we know this isn't just a clever way to sell a server farm? I'd like to see blockchain embedded proof that these users' GPUs are actually the ones mining these blocks.

All the blocks that I mined (10 by now) are in my local wallet. I'm not sure how would they be able to put server mined coin into my wallet.. You may want to check screenshot that I uploaded and check the blockchain if there is something fishy.

There are reports from a quite a lot of testers in this thread. Most of them have 150+ posts.
And what do you mean by "a server farm"? This month we're selling it in limited amounts.

Have you by a chance restarted the server w/o restarting the client?
(Not saying you shouldn't do this, it'd just helped me in locating the problem)

with such low cpu usage would it be safe to set affinity to just 1 core so i can use the remaining cores for cpu mining?
Probably yes.
