From a neutral perspective I would choose primedice because they have lower withdrawal amount of 0.004 btc compared to fortunejack's minimum of 0.01btc. Playing with higher minimum cashouts would force you to deposit more or play longer.

I am not being biased here. Primedice is one of the oldest dice site ever and I guess the golden days had passed. I'm more familiar with Primedice as I've played with them for a significant amount of time. I haven't had any issues with them and their chat box is quite entertaining too especially if you are on a losing streak with their dice game. Grin
