Op did you ever get around that problem of proving proof?
you should upload your side, and if its actually a bug im sure you`ll get reimbursed with the credit thats owed back to your account.

Hmm, this is a bit disturbing.. cause I know the website does have a few bugs at times like the dice roll lagging if there was abuse.
But I never heard something like a bug that vanish the balance. I really wish you had a screen cap of your previous balance or something to work off of.
Not that I dont believe you, its just most situations they would fix it on the spot.
Edit: Seems like the support actually did reach out to you, so just wait for them to re-credit your balance. Give it another 2 days at most?

If this is a glitch or an error, primedice will surely rectify it. And IMHO you should've posted this in their thread or PM'ed Micro or Stunna first before opening a scam accusation.
But what's done is done, let's wait and see now what really happened.
If this would have been a glitch then primedice would have rectified it after his email and would have refunded it. He most probably lost the all in bet(in the last) and certainly he is hiding something from us. Although its too early to say this but I just think he is pissed off because he lost(no offence). Tens of thousands of players never had this kind of glitch.But what's done is done, let's wait and see now what really happened.

Check tx log and tip log. Malware could have sent a tip to another user...easily.

Is it possible that you clicked the mouse twice without noticing; hence your first click resulted in a losing bet and the 2nd click told you that you have insufficient bet? This would make sense since after your lose your whole balance on first click, you'll have 0BTC to bet on the 2nd click.
You can verify this on your betting history. Is the WINNING bet your LAST bet?

Now your best option would be to take all the screenshots you can to prove your point and post them to Stunna at whatever the places you think he is checking - official PD thread on this forum, PM him, post on his twitter/facebook etc.
