You can email them from different email address. There are other ways to prove you're the owner of an account. Example: A signed message from one of the BTC addresses you have deposited from. So just contact them and don't call it a scam without trying.

And as you can see, I'm not affiliated with primedice and stake in any way, but they worked hard to build up a good and trusted online casino. It's not fair to falsely accuse them every single time again. Just follow their directions, contact their support by email and see what steps you (or your friend) have/has to take to recover that account.

i refuse to believe someone who forgets the password of email/primedice when he has supposedly more then 100k usd, can do stuff like signed message etc. OP has definitely not given the full story

I'm pretty sure all casinos will do the same thing as what is asked by Primedice. By the way, how can you and your friend get the same "stupid" mistake on a gambling site? Your account is your own responsibility, once you lost the email linked to the account then high possibility you wont be able to get your account back unless you can prove the ownership of the account. How? Ask the casino if there is an alternative way to recover the account without the linked email.

^ Definitely right, PD and Stake.com are long-established gambling sites and they had already built their reputation that will probably they will not let to ruin it. Sorry to tell you but it seems like it is your friend's fault, don't blame PD and your friend's responsibility to secure his account since there is a big fund. The gambling also protecting their side, it could be you are a fake claimer that trying to simply ask the cod and log in. Provide some proof to prove ownership. Just like the BTC address that you have used to deposit and if your friend can able to sign a message on it, that is a great opportunity.

I don't know what to cringe at, and it's the effort that you put in but has a lot of errors (in the post) or the effort that his friend forgot his email address and password. I don't know how he even got registered if he can't open his email on it. It's just that crazy to think about. I don't know.

To prevent this kind of happenings, I think it's best to have your password manager remember all the passwords and have security by having different passwords in your account.

If you are worried about being hacked, then add another layer of security, 2FA.

First time you accused them as a scam for your own case (forget username, forget email)
Second time you accused them again for your other case (because of your own mistake as you cant control yourself).
Now for the 3rd time you accused them in the name of your friend (lost email).
Who will be the next? Your brother/sister/neighbor/girlfriend/or even your parent?
Come on dude, this is another case where the one who made the mistake is the player not the casino.
If your friend have a valid proof that he is the real owner of the account, I believe PD will be able to assist him to recover the account.
Otherwise, it is just a BS claim.

Imagine how other users can easily exploit this reputable site if your demands will easily taking care of and they don't do a verification on your personal account. So best you should remember your email used and give do what they require you since you will never get any problem if you can contact them by the mail you used upon registration.

As s0lidus said you can say them that you can alternatively prove that you are the owner of the account in case if you don’t have the access to your email id. If possible the best will be the signed message only. Ask them for this and let us know what response you got from them regarding this.

There is always some way to recover it.
Even if the email changed, they can ask you a number if questions to verify its you ( IP, which device you login with, last deposit with screenshot of wallet, and so on).

I once had to go through this myself, answered all questions and after 1 or 2 days could access my account again.

Another users mistake but couldn't accept their own fault so they would blame it on the site.
It isn't their fault that you couldn't access the email I think it is a bit suspicious at all that you would forget your own email when it is clearly being used at a gambling site with a huge sum of money?
They are just trying to protect the owner who knows if it is really your money at all.

From your story, you are the only stupid because did you think they just can easily recover your account when you don't have access to the email. If they can do that, there will be so much people who claiming other people account just based:
"Hey I want to recover the account, this is my email"

LOL, is part of the security If you lost the email then is your problem not them even the balance still on stake or primedice the balance still to that account they do not claim, moving or take it the fund.
