It is not normal at all, you may feel of being cheated but you should not express it publicly if it is just based on your own feeling. Feel of being cheated then express it publicly without solid evidences will make you looks stupid only. It is what is done by OP, blaming others because of his own stupid mistake then started to scream that he is getting scammed while it is not true.
Sometimes we can actually feel that but its really not a proper manner to spread some lies since there's nothing good we can get if we immediately do this, better next te to always communicate with their support although they are quite slow but we should understand that sometimes they cannot attain on their costumer live or on time si ce they have so many works handled.
