Any rational human being can take 2 minutes and conclude that Primedice should have given me ~ 19k-20k doge for my vip level ups before I was done betting.

It’s kind of telling that I offered more than once to accept 3500 doge (1/6 what I should have been given) to resolve this and was either ignored or told to get lost!
I am surprised that you have created the post after about 1 year of the incident. And also in the meantime price of crypto changed a lot. I think you are trying to accuse a long time after the incident as the price has been changed a lot. You have not created accusation as the amount was small at the time of incident.

I didn’t break any rules. I simply went to support and expressed my thoughts at losing my first time playing at > 800% more than they claim house edge is, and losing 1.225 million doge. They immediately asked me to verify my account... I refused.

This is after they took all my bets and after I made bronze and silver vip.

If they want to claim that I violated tos or make any other ridiculous claims... that’s fine, I stand by the title of this post.  They’re scumbags with shady business practices/ethics

I said that support told me twice they’d get back to me. Neither time did they keep their word. So I went to them in support chat and asked them 1 final time if they had made their decision. They’re answer was they were not going to do anything about it, they weren’t giving me anything!

And ok sorry about my lack of “standard protocol” in here & I appreciate the guidance!
When happen any problem, it may take time to solve the problem. And all the support agent can not take decision. For few types of case decision should be made only by few fixed agent. In this case they may ask for time and also when you/we break any rule they cant do anything for you/us.

I took your advice and messaged the Stunna guy. He just ignored me, despite my screenshots proving everything it appears Primedice does not care if they look like scamming scumbags
Stunna hasn't been online for 2 days(June 6) so he hasn't seen your message yet. you might have to wait for several days before he sees your message but if he still ignores you, you can try bringing this issue to their license provider, not sure what'll happen but it wont hurt trying.
Actually we can get much faster response through support. But according OP's story he never get any reply anymore from support and his account just got disabled. I,'ve seen Stunna always answer in every problems with Stake and Primedice, so we can only wait for him to online on here, and he will answer OP's problem.

@OP, don't post multiple times in a row, just merge or edit your previously post to prevent bumping this thread in less than 24 hours

Sure, they can claim terms of service. That’s fair. Except for the fact that they gave me smaller bonuses exclusively for VIPs for the last 9 months up until last week. So are they claiming TOS on some of the bonuses but not all of them. That seems suboptimal as far as policy  & precedent for a large company such as Primedice.

screenshots of your conversation with the staff would be a great way of backing up your claim. I am not saying your story is not true, but there have been a lot of baseless claims of scam accusation and are often made out of frustration, making stories like this hard to believe unless it is backed up with evidence. I am not trying to disprove your claims, I am just saying that people would believe you a lot more if you evidence to show.

But if you say anything to support, they use this to ban your account. Then not give you. The bonuses you earned!
just to clear the highlighted part. yes, people here are often encouraged to use VPN here in the forum but when it comes to playing on a gambling site a gambler should always follow the rules that have been set by the gambling site. they also have a set of rules on which country is prohibited to play on their gambling site thus asking a gambler for KYC is not unheard of for that kind of reason and this type of action is often put on their ToS for the gamblers to read before playing on the gambling site.

anyway, you can try and message their representative here in the forum(Stunna and inform him of your issue and hopefully help you resolve the issue

Hello, it’s my first time posting here. This feels like a scam scam also just shining a light on how scummy and shady Primedice stake and their owners are.

I opened an account up in august, first time at prime dice, I deposited a total of 1.225 million doge coins, and lost them all within about 30 minutes. And at a rate of about 8% house edge over 650 bets. Now before I stopped betting, I made bronze vip tier and also silver vip tier.  I actually wagered about $10k after I had made silver vip. At the time I had no idea what the VIP tiers were. But no one greeted me telling me I made vip, and gave me the bonuses that are promised. Not a word. This would equal $60 in doge coin on august 30th. (Roughly 20,000 doge) I sent a message to support just wanting to let them know I had a terrible first experience with Primedice, I lost at about 8% house edge (wagered 17.9 million doge in 1200 bets, lost 1.225 million doge) and I thought this was absurd.

So during this time I had already made bronze like 20 minutes ago and silver like 10 minutes ago. Again, nothing. But as soon as I expressed my disappointment, support told me “we have reason to believe you’re playing from the USA, your accoubt needs to verify or you can’t play anymore. Just like that. And I’m not verifying with them, I don’t trust them so.
About a week later I got an email telling new that I had unclaimed rakeback to claim (17,900 doge) from my betting. And it mentioned something about vip tiers. Without thinking much of it I went to the account and got the rakeback (only bronze vip levels can get rakebaxk turned on) and I was also able to claim a fortnightly bonus. Now I off and on claimed my 14 day bonuses for this account up until last week I claimed one. They even sent me bitcoin in March and took 280 doge from my acct because I didn’t have the 400 doge to withdraw. All this while never even mentioning the vip bonuses to me ever.

So when I realized that they never gave me this, I went to support, I explained them the entire situation, at first I was always told no you can’t have the bonuses, Bc you didn’t verify. But I was getting all the bonuses did the acct other the these tiers. Then I was told by Ana that she would take this to the general managers. I want to note, that doge was the only coin I ever deposited (6 total deposits and only coin I bet with) and on the night that I earned these tier bonuses, the price of doge would have given me about 19,000 doge. Talking with Ana I adamantly expressed his I wanted to resolve this without any drama, and I said “it shouldn’t affect the amount, but I understand doge had risen in value, and I want to be fair, I would take 3500 doge, (1/6 of what I should have been given) to just resolve this.

She said she would get back to me, she never did. However the next day, Primedice completely disabled the account, I could not log into it anymore. After it had not been disabled for over 9 months. So I messaged support again that day, and I spoke with       , who told me that I was able to claim the tier bonuses, but now I am unable to because the account  has been completely disabled. No that’s not a joke. I said u guys were suppose to get back to me, you just disabled the account today, do you know how bad that looks? He just kept telling me that I could not get the bonuses now that the account was disabled.

Then I made all of my points, and told him that I offered to take 3500 doge, and his respond was “we will consider this, and get back to you.”

They never got back to me. I went 1 more time to try and solve this. They denied me again so I thought I should put it on bitcoin talk. Thousands of ppl use vpn here they are encouraged. I just think they are scum bags!
