Just use your own opinion but it should contribute or further the discussion, and +1 posts etc don't. If you agree with something you can say +1 but just state your reasons as to why you agree.

It shouldn't be a problem when you have filled it correctly, click send and left the next page blank....

and click "submit" this is important.
