Yes, type Stunna and other users that you trust and click update.
Personally i leave a feedback every time that i receive a payment from stunna

Yes, that's correct, and no, you don't need to delete the feedback. I'm not sure you even need to put him on your trustlist (unless you want to of course), as your feedback will only show up green to you anyway unless someone puts you on the defaulttrust list.

When the small fee is paid, a BTC transaction always goes through eventually (FYI: Stunna is nice and pays more than the min. fee), any delay is usually just waiting for a few fresh blocks to be created. If no fee is paid, then it is possible for a transaction to be "rejected"/ignored and your BTC ends up back in the sender's account after ~1 or 2 days.
