Some people from Ritz campaign, who also registered for PD, changed their sig to PD around April 17th to claim Stunna's payment. I wish Stunna catch them and leave -ve feedback.
p.s. There is reason for some people's impatience, coz they have to go back to Ritz after collecting Stunna's payment. If Stunna delays... Ritz will catch them

I think Ritz does though, or at least he has a bot tallying and sending payments out. Whilst I'm not doubting there might've been users who switched the sigs, maybe this guy saw people swapping from this deal to ritz as some did after they sent the payment request in, or he's just trolling. The names should be publicly revealed and evidence shown though. I'm sure other users could confirm or deny whether they saw people with different sigs.

last month was 20th, january was 18th, dont know about feb.
