Rates will be updated later today. What I'm interested in gauging is whether or not people are interested in getting paid a fixed rate based off activity or if they prefer post count.
Personally, I would be happy to both somehow coupled together. At times, you have an inspiration for posting, sometimes you prefer to abstain from posting...
And that's why it's better to pay for the posts. I'm sure many people will lose 'inspiration' for posting if they're getting a one off fee

No, I got you point, but that's why it's better to pay for posts just in-case you do decide to stop. People get paid for what work they're prepared to put in. If you or anyone else can't be bothered you wont get a lot or only a little. If you can be bothered you'll get rewarded as such. If you want to have both days where you can and can't be bothered or vice versa then that's still ok too and payment will reflect that.
