Yeah, but unfortunately it wont make much difference to other people spamming on other deals. I think all the people selling signatures - or maybe even the admins - should enforce a minimum activity requirement to stop people from just signing up to spam for payment.
There is already a requirement to submit a given number of posts before you can add a signature to your posts (don't remember the count, though it's small). So, it is rather a matter of raising the lower limit of posts/activity...

Only Stunna will have those figures, so I'd ask him. I think PD is still the most popular, but a lot of new users choose other deals now since Stunna put a minimum requirement on activity to participate.

roughly 20% I would say...hopefully more competition happens and rates go up
i havent checked the competition alot but i assume this (primedice) is the best rate actually?
