The case is from 7 years ago, that's quite a long time. Stunna as we speak has now also been inactive for a good number of months. In that case, it looks like he sent you a PM. Are you trying to say, he didn't help after that?

After speaking with Stunna the case wasn't resolved, Stunna said they don't remember any bug about autobet being fixed in our PM convo.

Then Edward took over in telegram chat and offered me 0.01 BTC to mark the case as solved rather than compensating the whole amount.
I did sent the emails to MICRO (Primedice's head support) and he said there's a possibility it might be compensated for me for the bug caused.
After that email I didn't hear from Primedice's team, they ignored my case. And now they've also deleted my account "Wyane" from their database (Most likely becasue of our clash)

If someone can bump up the thread stating something like "The case isn't resolved yet, Robo_alt is accusing primedice in 'scam accusation' section of the forum"
Maybe they will respond, the timing of me getting banned in the middle of this scam accusation was bad.
I admit getting banned was a major mistake on my side.

Yes there is very horrible bug in auto-betting which is making players without money, PD4 is full of bugs and problem of instability as the ratio of downtime is more bigger than the previous version, we can say this it's bad launch ever from the team.

My initial balance was around 0.21 when I started the auto bet if remember correctly and when I was trying to stop it was around 0.3 / I did not include the profit from that initial balance in that case.

If supports had taken it seriously in past and didn't ignore the issue back there then I am sure the case would have been solved by now or maybe they did not wanted to solve it. As I understand there would have been other fake claims from other people and surely PD wanted to avoid that totally.

If you check the account of stunna you will find his email was changed recently, I am waiting to hear an interesting story from them again. I heard a rumor about them and asked them if they trade with the users bitcoins. To which stunna replied no they don't. But I feel that they do it. And the main reason is primedice is running because of stunna's Place in DT.
Most of the users afraid to speak against him as if they will get negged by stunna.

You put me in a very difficult position when I'm more than willing to give up time to help individual players resolve old issues because I do want everyone to have a positive experience. However, you're really testing my patience when you just sit here and spin up conspiracy theories instead of trying to work this out with me directly and it honestly makes me question your original claims and intent. However to your credit a lack of total transparency on our side will ultimately result in such theories and we either have to prove ourselves or stomach them.

1. PD is simply not insolvent and total user balances are probably equal to a couple weeks profits it isn't like an exchange which holds massive balances. We aren't trading user funds or doing anything with them in fact the largest PD balance is 20-30 coins right now, users deposit, play, withdraw. We had to set large withdrawals to manual for a specific reason which I cannot talk about quite yet, I wish I could say more. This will be reverted within a week.

3. The email on this account changed because our domain registrar gave away our domain briefly to an attacker and I had a PD domain email on here and quickly changed it to prevent it from being recovered by the attacker.

I pride myself on being a reasonable person and I would never deny someone legitimate their funds to make a quick buck. That's why we've been around so long. You need to put yourself in my shoes, if we can prove within a reasonable doubt that you're owed 0.21 for the autobet bug mentioned then you'll get paid out. Give me what I need to make this happen.

In terms of the faucet situation, I always find this a bit stupid. Yes, I would consider it abuse when you're claiming 50/day every day without depositing – it makes sense as it is unprofitable for the casino. But if this is a problem, then why not limit it automatically by preventing claims w/o deposits (of some arbitrary size or formulated amount)?

Or get rid of it completely.

You can open your accusation if you want but people here fear that you will be given -ve instantly if you open up a matter against a trusted member. Before opening this thread I consulted this topic with some highly reputable members on the forum sadly a few denied to help cause it was against stunna "Will not call out any of those"

And about the topic, I didn't receive any feedback from the owner after the feedback they left above. I believe that if they admit it then there will be many other claims that they lost cause of the bug that's why it's being delayed again and again.

Primedice and Stake uses the Curacao license scam 1668/JAZ license! If you play there, then it is basically your fault if you have issues!

Apologies for being off-topic - not trying to derail - but I think it's really sad that game-protect is able to get away with posting these obviously deceptive hyperlinks that lead to his personal website (which is a total scam imo, also -as usual I've edited the links to a more trustworthy site, and if you decide to quote him, you should too!)

These are two separate issues you're complaining about which are causing a lot of general confusion.


1. Why you were muted.

The only way support could disable a player's faucet last year was by muting their account. Your account was claiming a tremendous amount from the free faucet and had been doing so for the past year, it was not depositing and playing only claiming the free faucet. Your faucet was significantly boosted because you had an older account. We experienced massive issues with people buying old accounts that had high faucets and farming it for $1000s in free faucet money without ever playing. If you had an account that was claiming the faucet 12+ hours a day and never depositing then that is probably why it was muted. It's important to note that this was a chat mute not a ban, you could still withdraw and do everything but claim faucet and use chat.

We had to aggressively target accounts that were claiming huge amounts because the cost of faucet was becoming staggering due to abuse. And all the claims were coming from accounts that existed for one reason, to claim faucet only which is why support was asking you to deposit and play normally to unlock your faucet again. I'm going to be honest, I don't think a website muting you and not letting you claim free money is a scam and we are well within our rights to mute and even ban players who abuse something we put in place to give players a small amount of money to test the website.

After looking at your faucet claim history I probably would have personally disabled your faucet permanently instead of handling it this way. However, I can see how you'd feel deceived because you made a deposit and still didn't have your faucet unlocked, I take blame for this for rapidly changing our stance on faucet abusers over those days last year and not communicating well with support. I don't think this ended up costing you coins but I can refund the EV we would have made on those bets you made in response to support as a gesture of good will.

This situation should not happen anymore as faucet is now so low it isn't worthwhile to claim all day/automate. Instead of trying to police the faucet we decided to just nerf it to a point where it would not be abused.


2. An auto-bet malfunction which you were not refunded for

I remember looking into this in the past and I believe we concluded it wasn't an issue on our side. However the details are pretty hazy so I'll have to re-explore this again. You can see that before that I've lost more than 2 btc on primedice in 2015-2017 so I wouldn't lie about that 0.3 unless it was my fault ( I am sure support Katarina would be very happy to hear this Smiley ).

It was after the release of PD4 I don't remember exact date either my auto betting info but I was sure it was not my fault. After my balance went under 0.01 it started giving me a red message for some time then it stopped. I checked my ping which was around ( 200ms ) for primedice server. I contacted micro he said I will forward it to dev. Everyone became ignorant of the issue and i never heard of it back from anyone.
Also, There were some other people complaining about the same bug and some other as primedice had so many bugs after that release.



Faucet

And about the faucet, It had the limit of 50 claims a day so how can someone abuse it when you are giving the number claims.  

You promoted a Leveling Staggering faucet, which will grow as long with your wagering amounts, therefore i lost many btc in past which are now much money which you keep in your hands.
Now you changed your mind, and cut faucet from everyone to a specific fixed amount.

This situation should not happen anymore as faucet is now so low it isn't worthwhile to claim all day/automate. Instead of trying to police the faucet we decided to just nerf it to a point where it would not be abused.

I remember looking into this in the past and I believe we concluded it wasn't an issue on our side. However the details are pretty hazy so I'll have to re-explore this again. Your accusation is basically that you weren't able to stop autobet from going and then you lost too many times in a row and busted?

You should have pushed to have the issue with the autobet bug resolved a long time ago though as it seems to be from 2016. This is why I said to resolve the permamute issue separately.

I didn't want to open an accusation in past for like 6 months because I was promised I will be compensated for it. Then they stopped replying at all.
And after that new support kicked in. When those things failed I was forced to open it.

Personally, its a shame for the site that self-claimed to be the most popular and trusted gambling site. It's definitely the team didn't care about their users. An auto-bet bug is a critical bug that cost a lot and it affected their users. and looks like the site doesn't care too much about it. Even though it has already been resolved, they definitely should reward the affected users and refund any money that is lost because of the bug.

But seems like also that Stunna has managed to resolve your issue so you should lock the thread if that is the case.

Faucet farming is probably causing this entire thing, and is making everyone's lives unpleasant. I guess adding something that can defend against faucet farmers rather than just a captcha is needed.

I would suggest you to go through whole text and see edited part aswell that how i was ignored completely when i asked them to resolve my issue.

What I see is unethical behaviour from a support operator, but I have no idea what the terms and conditions of this site are.  The operator could simply be stating something you agreed to.

This is not only about unmute.
Please look at the answer your support guy gave me. " Deposit and play then contact me and we will unmute you" even after depositing she said we cannot unmute you if you just withdraw after depositing.


Also, my last ticket of auto bet bug ignored as well when micro said he'll ask the developer and I didn't get any reply since then, however, the bug is fixed now but I paid a huge price of 0.3 after pd4 release I didn't want to open thread because I thought my issues will be resolved without it but it turned out to be completely ignored by the staff.

The reason isn't only to lose your money. Of course they won't tell you NO if you lose but usually they want to get rid of money laundering. When you deposit and withdraw, I mean this action is done for money laundering and they don't know your real reason, so prefer to avoid headache from everyone.  But your situation is different, thry just don't wanted to solve your problem or this support don't has any knowledge.

This is not only from a single support !! I had also seen some other misleading quotes from the new support guys don't want to name them out.
I  asked them 2-3 weeks ago to connect me with micro or any admin because i was not satisfied with their answer, 1st they said he's not online it's not his shift and after a day or two I asked them again and they gave me a reply he's on vacation. Would say MICRO was doing a much better job alone then these new lazy mods.

I've been seeing this from behavior from PD after the rise in the price of BTC which made successfully ( no doubt ) but now I think it is a case where you cannot hold yourself after getting that success.

As we all know what primedice's new supports who don't know much about the website's history and keep on wasting the time of users keep telling you a single thing.

Here, what happened in my case when I didn't play for on website for a long time I had some issues in life. Then I was playing on my wyane account as usual.

Then I found I cannot chat it showed me I've been permabanned... Immediately I contacted support and this is the reply I get " https://i.imgur.com/5FfaOlx.png "



She kept on telling me this or you can say kept on wasting my time for so long.

Now if you have claimed faucet and you have made the profit with it then you are the verge of getting mute according to her.

Then I said why do I have to deposit to get my account back for chatting and claiming faucet ... and bla bla bla .. but at the end I said find I will make a deposit of around 60$ which I did and played with that as she said.

As you can see she clearly said it that she will not unmute me unless I lose this amount. wp PD and also I cannot withdraw from my account coz it says I am banned...
So I did bet on the website for last time " http://prntscr.com/hjf78d " whole balance and I don't expect anything back.



In spite of this, you might have also noticed that you cannot Change the client seed of your account in primedice for hours and they call it fair.  If the owner has Positive trust on this account then it doesn't mean that he/she can do these stuff.

I had enough of this and I thought I should let the bitcointalk community decide that whether it's wrong or not.





2nd Accusation

In past also when pd4 was released there was a minor but that didn't stop auto bet and I wrote about it and they said I will get a reply to it ASAP. I tried to explain everything I could but was just a waste of time as always which I could have spent in learning something new. You can see some others users were also complaining about it but they preferred to ignore it rather than facing it.

But that " ASAP " did not arrive yet nor the refund. This thread contains 2 reasons.
