He has hacked bitcointalk accounts using a GMX exploit, sent malware to multiple gambling sites (there are two sites he gave malware to in that thread), has run multiple ponzis including one that lies about what they invest in and even stole 13 BTC from one ponzi he was running that his partner is now trying to repay.
