Because this is an outdated thread that got bumped. The faucet has been 100 satoshi for new users for months now, the 500 didn't last. White listed members get 1000 satoshi now, so I think you are getting what you should.

Stunna does bump up the faucet from time to time for "happy hour" but I have yet to hit one.
