HOLD ON! I deposited a large amount of btc to my account williamj2543, while waiting for the deposit to confirm I tabbed out of the chrome window and browed the internet for maybe 20 minutes or so. I go back to the tab, and find my bitcoins GONE! I looked at my recent bets and found that all was betted, without my consent or any click of a button. I have heard of lots of problems user having with autobets and the general website, and I will not stand to be a victim of this. Primedice, please look and check all of your code, and kindly refund my money. You should really make sure everything is working 100%, as this is a gambling website, and one wrong button could lead to all funds lost.
Please look into this issue, I have been an active member of primedice for a long time, I was part of signature campaign, and I really enjoy this website, but I cannot continue to recommend it until this issue is resolved.
Normally would leave these sort of replies private, but the way you've set this out is very insulting to me.
This bet was made from the same session ID that deposited. Therefore it was either you or someone using the computer you used to deposit whilst you were not watching your screen (2nd scenario is very unlikely). Either way Primedice is not liable for something like this, obviously.
As for the chance of Primedice's code 'not working' and 'betting all your balance on 90% win chance', that's pretty ludicrous if you think about it. We get nearly 30 million bets a day from over 20,000 individual users, and this bug has never been reported. Obviously it's not an issue with the code or it would have been pointed out many times before.
Please never bet more than you can afford to lose, and if you do don't try and scam it back.
Feel like giving negative trust as this is a blatant scam attempt.
Hello,
In no way am I trying to make your website looks bad, I support your site and will continue to support it. I've been a part of the community for a while, and know a lot of the people, but I am just saying that while I was tabbed out, a bet was made. I don't know much how your betting works, I have never tired a betting bot for your site or investigated how the bets are made, but with the small knowledge I have of programming, I thought that maybe some javascript was cached (I have used autobet a while back), which caused autobet to go, but I can assure you that I did not make this bet, no matter what the cause. I understand that you do not want to compensate me, if I owned a gambling site I wouldn't want to refund a user for a problem that was on the client, but I would like to make sure it doesn't happen for other users. I have enabled 2fa (just a general security measure), and made sure my password was strong, just for future prevention against unauthorized use. I was the only one using the computer.
I accept that you are not liable, and I will be emptying all of my cache and website browsing data as a future precaution.
I will attempt to recoup my losses in the signature campaign (I have been a loyal member of this during the summer).
