Just wanted to say I think there was a glitch on my account -my level and faucet was reduced the other day -my chat faucet was already decreased so I am wondering what the reason is for the second decrease?! :/

Your account was restarted because your account get many faucets and they think you are a BOT... same happends to me.
Thats not true, the two things are different... Just read Micro's post....

At first go msgs that was less then 3 words long are removed from xp , that reduced faucet .
And then later chat xp was removed completely . So chat no longer counts towards faucet.
edit: that's why u saw 2 steps down in ur faucet reward.

If you have any suggestions on how we could best do this let me know. Last time we did the 1B giveaway it was controversial as one user won two or three of the prizes by betting on multiple accounts @ the minimum amount to enter.

Meme contest ?
Another photo contest ? Most Unique photo will win the prize
Photoshop contest ?
Signature BB code contest ?
All contest must using "2 billions bets" theme
That is why, site should not tolerate multiple accounts.
That is very unfair.
Well, people don't create multiple accounts to take advantage of these giveaways, but are given the advantage. I usually create a new account on every gamble site, whenever I gamble, and its in no way unfair, unless I am taking advanatge of deposit bonuses/other bonuses.
