almost two weeks and I'm still not able to open PD
if I tried https://primedice.com , I'm getting error on chrome browser: "ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH"
if I tried http://www.primedice.com/play, stuck on the loading screen & the same error on the chrome console log

I understand that you're fairly new to PD, but Lain was often a high roller on PD2 and did in fact wager a large amount. I don't think it is unreasonable to be upset by an error on PD's side that could have cost him a lot of money.
Thanks for some of the support from a few people here, I understand fundamentally this is a matter of opinion it just depends with whom you place the empathy.

You were refunded money, more than what you lost due to the glitch. You are asking for money because something could have happened. That is an absolute fallacy. You can not PROVE you would have bet that BTC unless you are dank and can open portals into parallel universes. And then you complain about a PROMOTION. PD reserves the right to remove the faucet if they want to.
