I feel like there's faster ways to get to 0.3. Not as euphoric as hitting a 9900x, but still. 
In this case, I think he got 0.3 awfully quick - he beat the expected value (10k rolls) by a mile! But yeah, I agree that generally trying to get 9900x off of faucet probably isn't the speediest strategy out there. XP

Yeah with that seed, maybe got frustrated with trying to hit and then set seed to that
. 896 rolls to hit 9900x is pretty good
