I'm doubtful martingale would work as even without a limit, you'd be hard pressed to find users willing to take someone's bet at the higher value bets. It's just part of distribution - there are logically less whales than the normal bettor.

If so, I don't see how this can be interesting and fun. If you play long enough, you will be where you start... Cool
