Yestarday, I made new username and deposit 0.01, then I cleared my browser's cache and forgot to save password. Even haven't made single roll from this 0.01 btc.

Actually I think it's your responsibility to save your login information.
But would be nice if the support actually did try to recover your account
Report if they did.It's not that hard. All support has to do is send the btc back to the address it was sent from.
