Nobody ever notices when they up their bet and win. When people come to gamble they almost always expect to consistently win money until a bit of bad luck strikes and they lose it all.

It is fair, it's obvious you'd eventually lose because you're GAMBLING, there's a HOUSE EDGE so the owner can PROFIT. You could profit too, if you stop in time. Losing to gambling does not equal fairness.

You're given the server seed BEFORE you make the bet. The roll has already been determined before you even place it, not sure how or what you're implying lol
