While the price is pumping there is some action in HR done by iFUCKHOES(probably an old player). A newly made account and made some insane bets. He is now up by 44btc in just a few moment. Its been almost 3years since I saw a 10btc bet in primedice. Lucky gambler.

he came,he saw,he conquered-45 btc in under one hour, betting up to 10 btc a pop
some of his bets were very questionable, but he was lucky as hell, new account, also chatted a bit,so not a usual
HR whale who doesn't even bother to talk Smiley
was funny how he was pondering an all in 40 btc 2x bet, thought better and withdrew (most likely)

His stats:
Quote
TOTAL WAGERED
287.89198968 BTC
TOTAL PROFIT
44.40114444 BTC
TOTAL BETS
492
TOTAL WINS
188
TOTAL LOSSES
304

One lucky player who know when to stop and withdraw. He will comeback for sure.

In gambling people who know when to stop will be the luckiest people otherwise at the end the only site is going to win money. I don't know whether he will come back again or not but what he has done on that winning day is the most clever thing to do. It is really very big amount and if he just stores those coins for next few years then he can make a lot of money.

Of course I want free money, but I don't think it works like that. From my own experience there's no free money in this world.  )

I'm sure if accepting BCH would benefit their customers Primedice would accept it.
Then what do you call a billion dollar market being created from thin air,it is free money off course if you had bitcoin and i just consider it as a bonus for holding bitcoin and if the value of BCH rallies i am more than happy because my asset just almost doubled .Most of the sites who are happy with a single token will always stick to bitcoin, there is nothing wrong in it.

As I said I don't believe in free money. I doubt that our money can be doubled without any moves from our side.

If you make a max bet on Primedice with 49.50% win chance your money will be doubled indeed if you are lucky and that's the easiest way of doubling your money, but don't forget that you can lose it all as well. So I wouldn't recommend even trying.

It looks like you understood wrongly the above post. OP is talking about BCH if it rallies then he can make more profit or doubling his money but not by gambling. Yes, in gambling nothing is guaranty if you're lucky then only you can make a profit or else you will lose your money in gambling.

To the admins of Primedime,

With Coinbase deciding it will list Bcash eventually AND allowing BTC holders a 1:1 ratio
https://blog.coinbase.com/update-on-bitcoin-cash-8a67a7e8dbdf

How will Primedice handle this situation?

Apparently people were lawyering up with Coinbase and they had no choice but to say they will release the funds.

What will primedice do in this situation since they hold thousands of BTC in their cold storage from their customers?

there is no way in hell primedice keep money at Coinbase, lol
Trezor(the most likely place to store cold wallet coins at),on the other hand, had some issues with BCC,their support was taking it down twice now due to bugs
in any case,Primedice had stated there would be no support for BCC whatsoever,so the only reasonable thing to do if you wanted to get your BCC coins
was to withdraw and store somewhere you control private keys of

The coinbase is a completely separate issue. Primedice most likely keeps all their BTC in cold storage.

The issue here is that since BCC looks like it will be here to stay and most likely will be a spin-off from BTC price, every BTC holder wants their cut of BCC since it didn't become useless like they assumed it would be.

If users want their cut then they should have withdrawn their funds before the dead line and store in their personal wallet. Now it is no use to discuss because it is already finished. Even primedice got free Bitcoin cash coins from their cold storage coins users can't ask them to give. Who ever withdrawn their funds got some free money others just lost it or unlucky.

Will you credit BCH ? I had 0.35 in my balance.

We will be able to withdraw it or just simple credit it to our balance. Tks

It looks like you missed this announcement from admin - https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.20405415

They clearly said they will not support BCH or Bitcoin cash and if you want it then should withdraw your coins to your personal wallet and get these BCH coins. I don't think now you will get those free coins.

I'm glad my favorite dice site doesn't support  Bitcoin cash. I wish everybody were doing the same and then there wouldn't be this confusing hard fork. Honestly, who needs that? Good job, PrimeDice! I'm always among your fans.
True I don't even know why ppl need to use bcc?
I dont even if this bcc will be safe as bitcoin. Anyways its rare uf someone loose deposit

I don't think people can force primedice to follow what coinbase is doing because primedice already gave sufficient time for people to withdraw their bitcoins. Whether Bitcoin cash price goes zero or 1000+ it doesn't matter to primedice. I clearly said they will not support Bitcoin cash so they may not be releasing the funds.

Have Fun )@@( Stay Safe
This entire bitcoin cash thing has been insane but I think exchanges and gambling sites should not keep the bitcoin cash

if a person had large holdings of bitcoin the site should release it to them or at the very least not keep it and sell it off for there own profits
Once a site decides and inform their customers about their plan on how they will be dealing with the split coin and advice's the users to withdraw the coins if they want to have the split coin and if the customer does not take any action before the fork, then who is to blame.  Tongue If the site decides to hand it to the users then it is well and good, but i do not see that happening as it is extra work for them to enable everyone to withdraw BCH.

No it is like "free money".

People keep saying "free money" because they don't understand the way the economics of spin-off stocks work.

Ebay owned Paypal, and they split off a while back. So if you owned shares in eBay, you owned shares in Paypal. You think its free money?

No because eBay's value decreased by market share when they split off to Paypals market share.

The same thing is happening with Bitcoin Cash right now. Eventually, BTC price will decrease everytime BCC price increases and vice-versa.

Just noticed.. Can i use bitcoin cash on primedice?
Nope. primedice don't/won't support bitcoincash. it probably will fail, there's not enough support. if you have it, you might wanna dump it. i'll dump mine as soon as exchanges enable bcc deposit. Roll Eyes

Why wouldn't you want free money though? Even if you don't support bitcoin cash, it's still free cash.

Even if every service does not decide to credit their users their coins, there will still be this hard fork. It's not as simple as if there wasn't a bunch of dice sites and exchanges crediting their customers with bitcoin cash then everything would be fine. If i were stunna i would have probably credited people with their bitcoin cash 1:1 but not accepted bitcoin cash for their actual bets(withdrawals only, essentially) which is something cryptogames is doing.

But yeah, if you had a balance on your account then don't expect anything from PD. They have obviously clearly stated well before the UAHF what they were going to do and you have a chance to withdraw. It's probably too late to complain or do anything now.

Yeah basically everybody is complaining at services and exchanges that they didn't get their BCH when they clearly were warned well in advance.

I think most people assumed that BCH would be a failure and would be worth 0, so they just brushed it off and didn't bother with cold storaging, but now since it has value, everybody wants their cut.
That is the reality, they never took it seriously and now after seeing the price they are crying about the coin, Cheesy just read an article that some of the users are planning to file a legal case against coinbase because they are not giving BCH when they have clearly given their stand if there is a split in the network.
They could have done things a lot easier by holding their coins and now everyone is crying for the coins.  Grin

Since primedice made an announcement of not giving Bch oo btc onsite after fork, they are not liable for it. I just don't feel coinbase should change what they initially stated.

You mean "before" the fork.

Yes Coinbase said the exact same thing, and BCC launched and almost reached $1000 and people are basically lawyering up. Since its not $0, and everybody wants their cut.

Then they even updated their FAQ and saying that they "might" release it to their customers. Most likely they will take this route to avoid these litigations that their legal team doesn't want to go thru.

Wonder if people will be doing the same with PrimeDice.
