Hello fellow gamblers, sorry for bothering but that question is more likely directed to the support ( unless any user here knows the answer ) because Im having some problems.
I have created my account long time ago, and Im already a vip with high faucet reward.
However, to make myself available of using dicebot, I have set up 2FA in settings.
But now, my PC is being repaired and im not sure if I will be able to retrieve the account without the 2FA ( it was on authenticator app, not on mobile ) and I really dont want to lose my old account, I wagered a pretty big sum in there.
Any ideas? Or should I just contact support and they might help me to turn off 2FA without access to the code? I obviously know account details, and i have many bets saved to proove that also.

Looking at the screenshot by gial1949, the screenshot shows that Bet ID doesn't exist, so you did lost 0.4 BTC in that bet? I wonder how does the bet go through if it is lagging on the user side, because most dice site that I have been playing on, if there is a serious connection problem on my side, normally the roll would just keep on moving until a timeout and the system would notify you that there is an error and won't process that roll, Just my opinion.
the same happened in my case but when i refeshed page my 0.4btc was gone.i contacted pd support they said you lose it .i said no record of bet and she provided me the bet .when i checked it says no bet found or bet does not exit .wtf may be some admin or stuna can answer my problem .

No, those rolls was done in last year (you can see about the date which i qouted too, on June and August 2016). That site is Betking which known there are a lot of whale betting on there.

I guess this is proof that its very risky investing any type of bankroll on any up and coming gambling site. Same with people a large amount of deposit on any new gambling site. Any early adopter with 10000 BTC in their cold storage can easily come and clean out a gambling site completely. I think you might be right about it, the early adopters may be a realistic danger for any gambling sites, if they really want to come up with their funds on gambling.
On the other hand, I would say that people having more than 50,000 BTC do not gamble, there are greater ways to spend this money for investing purposes, or just for increasing your life status.
Also, I have to say that having 50,000 or 100,000 btc has some disadvantage: try to cash them
IRS audit will show up instantly, or you will be charged guilty for laundering money.Gambling is risky, you cannot expect that having 50,000 btc will make your bankroll rising for a constant time.
You always lose at the long term, remember that, big balance may not cover that up plus you should bear in mind that we also have max bet on every casino.
I am pretty sure if some people had 50,000 BTC and they withdrew it for cash they wouldn't mind about paying the taxes. Withdrawing $100,000,000 dollars and after tax getting able to keep $60,000,000 is still alot of money. Most people wouldn't be able to spend that much money even in their life-time.
Point is that its very easy for someone to entirely empty out a sites bankroll with such huge max BTC amounts being possible.

I think if one realise it that gambling is not for making money then better to give up than continuing. Because it is not a normal business that even though you fair first time, later you may success. But it is gambling and success rate is very less and one has to take a lot of risks to earn money. So it is not good thing to chase profits in gambling.
