I've enabled 2fa months ago now I want to disable it, but I can't find how.
Unless they have changed something recently I don't think you can. I actually ended up losing an account with great reputation and bankroll when I upgraded my iPhone and couldn't transfer the 2fa over. I didn't record the 2fa code before adding it on my phone so I couldn't put it on the new one.
For some annoying security reason, Apple lets you restore everything except passwords and those 2fa codes, so I basically had to withdraw everything and make a new account.
I have the same, I didn't save the image for the 2fa. So if someone knows, how to undo 2fa and reset it, please let me know.
Email support with some details about your last deposits and withdraws, Micro can help you with it.

PrimeDice has had issues before, especially in PD3 with the autobet not stopping right away. I remember in PD3 it would wait 2-4 more bets before actually stopping.
Hell, for all I know, Primedice's database could glitch, and your balance would go from 10.0 to 0 without making a bet, and they'd still not refund you. Very bad customer support for that reason, I think these issues need to start going more public. People should know about how Primedice handles these issues.

I don't see how anything other than connectivity issues would influence your ability to stop your autobet sequence. The only way I could see this as our fault is if the stop autobet button vanished.

What problems are you talking about? Primedice is working good for me. In fact it works better than before because small bets, which I mostly do, go faster now. There are tips in the chat, almost every 5 minutes someone receives a tip and pretty often the tip is 0.001 and over.
There is an incredible amount of... Accusations. Recriminations.
Most are shit but... Well the number is troubling.
Like PD is scamming people. not saying they ARE of course, just that they have lot of accusations ^^
