I absolutely agree with you. It was a strange post by @Baskin198. Primedice is well-known casino with great reputation. They have already paid out tons of massive winnings to various lucky winners on their site.

Sometimes they post about big wins on their Twitter account. Check out this, for example:

And if the user wouldn't be able to withdraw his winnings, we would know about it.

This is a normal characteristic of Primedice, they are always very responsible when it comes to prizes, and this prize is just a small sample of what they have distributed, the good thing about Primedice is that it has players who are practically whales and they make incredible bets Personally, I would like to one day reach their level to make that type of bet.

Entering primedice and playing is quite a good experience, besides the players there do it like the professionals, it is also that the regular players have the same opportunity to grow and have an experience within the platform and as a player.

Hi Primedice, just wanted to ask if someone hits the jackpot which I heard was massive, do you ask the user for KYC and delay his withdrawal for months just like your sister site stake.com does?

Harassing users is not a great idea and if you don't have the funds to pay the players, please don't allow them to gamble big or reduce the limits. Advertising millions of dollars on the line and then struggling to pay the the player shows how incompetent your casino (partner) is
Indeed it was massive,  around 113 BTC at the moment and counting. That was 4 million dollars if converted with the current value of BTC and with that amount of money I wont be surprised if they will ask you to do a KYC before you can withdraw your winnings and yes they can delay that kind of pay because that was so huge but no worries because primedice is a legit casino.

They are here already since 2013 and they already collected enough BTC to be able to pay the jackpot prize and no they are not harassing players, why will they do that?  Most of all they do not force anyone to gamble or to bet huge. It is your own responsibility whatever happens to you.

In case of hitting the maximum amount of the jackpot, I think the player will be asked for KYC to release the fund.
4million dollar is a huge amount so if someone is going to withdraw such huge amount, it is reasonable and understandable if the casino requires KYC.
So far there is still no single jackpot winner (even the smallest percentage) IIRC and I think it is due to the fact that most players are using auto bet and they do not really focus on the outcome number of every bet.

This is getting more and more exciting!

Primedice is capturing all my attention 100%, doing a 50x in Non-Consecutive shots twice is not bad or difficult, also with that amount of 0.03usd it is something that is very accessible, even for those who do not have experience it is a very good opportunity, great what they do!!!

I've missed some contests for not keeping up with the thread, I hope this time I do what is required, and achieve a good result to enter the contest...

Good luck to you all!

Any idea about how much participant usually get from this weekly contest in the PD's forum? Prizepool is $800 only and there are more than 80+ entries already while there are still 5 days remaining. I think there will be at least 200 entries by the end of the contest. Lets say 200 eligible entries, means that each participant will get 800/200= $4 but looking at the finished contests, I think there will be no more than 200 entries. In average most topic of the similar contest has less than 8 pages. So high likely the reward will be around $5-$6 if there will be less than 200 entries. If you think it is worth enough, you should go for it and try to not lose more than the possible reward  Wink

Now when it's over, we can see and analyze the results.

There were 144 participants, and the prize pool for over 100  and below 200 participants was $550. So, everyone eligible received, 550÷144, around $3.82. From my experience(and, of course, it's a very rough estimation), on average, before hitting 50x you can lose around 70x of your stake, $0.03x70=$2.10, but with hitting 50x you actually win $1.50, so your loss is only $0.60. And since you must hit 50x twice, you can expect losses of $1.20, but the prize was $3.82, so it was worth participating. Smiley

In the past everyone was used to no KYC and things are changing, even now they are not forcing users to validate their account all the time, until they think you are doing something fishy they ask you to carry on with the KYC.

Prime dice is one of the biggest and oldest sites and they will not hold onto player funds. Thinking that they do not have the funds to distribute is absurd. If you are a normal player who never tried to cheat the system, then you are fine.

It depends on the number of participants. There could be 150 to 190 entries entries in the current round. In that case the prize pool would be $550. As a result, the rewards will stay between $3 to $4 for each participant. Even, the reward isn't going to be bigger than $4 if the number of participants reach above 200. I had completed the weekly challenges few many times before and received something between $3.5 to $6 from different rounds. There is no fixed usual reward amount. You will see a big number of participants if the challenge is easy. And it makes the reward amount smaller.

You are right, I think it depends on the number of players, however some see that 4USD is not enough for what is done, but if you look at it from the point of view of participation, you have many more chances of winning than participating in raffles that are held to win cars, motorcycles, or a particular amount of money. In my country it is very fashionable for a car or a house to be done in Raffles, and they are from 0001 to 9999 for an approximate amount of 80usd, so when you have this type of opportunity the probabilities when evaluating it with this modality is very good.
